Have gone several times and they do a pretty decent job. Employees are always friendly and for Northeast Fresno it's one of the better spots.I love chow/lo mein so that's what I base off of. They are able to give good spice (level 5 for me). It has a good kick but not enough to burn your mouth. We ordered the house special which has multiple meats. Good flavor however the noodles are always a little gummy and sticky. That's why I give a 3.I always get the shrimp fried rice which is also ok. The Mongolian beef can also be ordered spicy and comes loaded with onions. You'll have to ask for steamed rice on the side. It's near McDonalds on Willow/Nees by the Ten Tavern on Nees next to Vietnamese restaurant as well. They are closed on Mondays and have both coke and Pepsi which is cool. Canned drinks and they sell little crunchy almond cookies if you have a sweet tooth while there. Clean restaurant and fast service.

This restaurant was was recommended to me by a friend and we love it. The food is always good and is made in a reasonable time. My fiance and I really like their orange chicken and chow mein. For awhile now, the restaurant is to-go only, which isn't a big deal to us.

This was our first time ordering. Could not drive as was babysitting, so ordered delivery. They are about 3.8 miles from me and the food arrived HOT still. Appreciated fast service. Food was great and my nice who is a selective eater, LOVED their house rice (we all did). Appreciated the option to select the spice level of the orange chicken. Overall great food, will definitely order again.

Food to greasy, and over priced. Very stingy of portions of food.

The employees were friendly, and the service was prompt. The prices were reasonable. However, the fried rice dish was very dry. Wanted to enjoy it more, but ended up wishing I had driven farther to one of their other local, family-owned competitors. It was my first time there, and unfortunately my last.

Very disappointed!!!! China chef was a staple in our home. The food used to be so incredibly delicious and with great quality. Now with the new owners/chef the quality is significantly diminished. It's not the same China chef food that we used to get. We order all the same things except everything tastes extremely salty and way more spicy than it used to be and the quality is extremely poor.

11/08/2023 - This place used to be good. Unfortunately it has recently been taken over by new owners. The food has changed a lot. The orange chicken should be called orange fried dough, vegetable pan fried noodles now come floating in some kind of sauce and partially cooked, wonton soup taste like old chicken and all the wontons are stuck together.Whatever you do, don’t call to try to explain you’re not happy with the food….. you will be met with a bad attitude that obviously doesn’t care.Good luck new Owners!!!!

Quite possibly the worst Chinese food I have had. I travel to Fresno/Clovis monthly for work and like to support local establishments as much as possible. First time ordering from this venue. I had House Egg Foo Young and Potstickers. The Egg Foo Young was so over-cooked and dry I had trouble cutting it with a steak knife. As well, it had a peculiar taste, as if one, or more, of the ingredients was tainted. Conversely the Potstickers were under-cooked and gummy.

Meat in soup tasted "off" borderline spoiled. Spring rolls ok. Soup had mostly noodles and bean sprouts. Stopped on my way out of town. Probably a one-time stop
