By far the worst experience at Chipotle I have had. My order was anything but enjoyable. I ordered a bowl with carne asada and white rice, pinto beans, sofritas,cheese, pico, green sauce, and guacamole. I was bothered when the worker served me so little rice, not to mention the protien and sofritas were poured like we were getting food for free, I decided to bite my tongue since they were busy. I got home thinking everything was fine until a few bites in the rice was hard almost uncooked or burnt. Carne asada was burnt as well and forcefully ate it since I had spent $36 for me and my wife. By far regret going here. I would have been better of going to Tacobell.

Continuing my boycott of this ridiculous overrated place that people can’t stop visiting. Someone at the goodness of their heart decided to give me a burrito bowl for Halloween. It had the carne asada and steak, then white rice option, corn, black beans, cheese and guacamole. My first, 2nd, 3rd, bite was met with gristle from the steak I’m thinking. Who cut up this meat?!!! You don’t just throw everything you can into a bowl and think that it’s edible!!! I am so glad that this confirms my desire to loathe this chain as they are given too much credit for their own good. I could do this at home. I’ll season my own carne asada, steak, corn, make my own guacamole or even a store bought one would be fine too. Then I’ll make a Spanish rice that would put this rice to shame. The 2 stars given is because the portion size was huge but again full of gristle.

Ordered guacamole with my order. Paid extra. Guacamole was missing. So sad that they do this kind of stuff.
Came about two weeks ago and while eating my burrito I crunched on something hard and it was the back of an earring. Definitely not great but accidents do happen. I went in today 8/26 around 10:00pm and as I was about to order my food I saw something move out of the corner of my eye. It was a roach walking around the food containers. I will never be coming back.

This used to be my favourite place but last couple times they’re overcharging for each item and food quality and quantity is not same as before.

Their biggest problem is consistency. Sometimes my burrito is amazing, and sometimes it is bad. Got mine close to opening time yesterday and idk if they use ingredients from the day before, but it did not taste fresh (especially the guac). Also, probably like 15% of the time they mess up on the ingredients of my burrito, or give me the wrong order entirely.
Picking up is also kind of a pain because they don't use the pickup shelf, but instead put the bags on a little wall so that you have to go almost behind the counter / into the kitchen to see the names on the bags. Feels very awkward.
