Their biggest problem is consistency. Sometimes my burrito is amazing, and sometimes it is bad. Got mine close to opening time yesterday and idk if they use ingredients from the day before, but it did not taste fresh (especially the guac).
Also, probably like 15% of the time they mess up on the ingredients of my burrito, or give me the wrong order entirely.

Picking up is also kind of a pain because they don't use the pickup shelf, but instead put the bags on a little wall so that you have to go almost behind the counter / into the kitchen to see the names on the bags. Feels very awkward.

Messed up my bowl. workers are stingy. Like, how do you think I feel when you ask the person serving me to give me less steak, and pouring out like half of the scoop. Had to ask for extra rice becuase the serving was criminal… now I’m left with a bowl with pinto beans on top of my guac and sour cream. Can't wait till they build the chipotle near sunnyside so I get a other chance of having a good experience… hopefully. Go to Don Pepes or your local taco stand

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed because we normally go to this chipotle but the last few times we have gone the food has been very poorly made. The rice is either very hard, no flavor or extremely salty. This is my last straw but we ordered a pickup order came home and i found a long black hair in my bowl which had not been opened by us prior too. I had also shaken my bowl like one does which tells me the hair was probably mixed in the food and i just revealed it before eating luckily. Extremely disgusted and disappointed!

so I guess we’re skimping now. The guy with the black/ white beard and the 30 year old looking dyed hair lady don’t know how to work. I see lady drop a clip into her queso, and then proceed to tell me she can’t give me a little more beans on my kids meal. (Never even replaced the queso btw so she kept serving dirty cheese talk about rules right?)Not even a protein I’m asking for I just want her to fill my sides up atleast.

Register person proceeds to tell me the same thing like their job is on the line. Be a decent human I’m getting the kids meal

This place needs new staff members, went inside to order a steak bowl and the lady said they were out of steak I asked if they were going to make anymore they said no. I asked the lady if I was to DoorDash a steak bowl would they make it she said yes we have steak for DoorDash. Im no rocket scientist but that sounds like I’m in outer space. Now chipotle will suffer of lost revenue due to me being able to refund my order on DoorDash for being absolutely terrible and uneatable. Will never eat another chipotle again.

Walked in and had 7 people in front of me, a girls had just finished helping someone and she didn’t go help the next person, instead, she got a towel and started wiping down her work area. There was a boy in there who started helping a family of 3, he was clueless on what to do. He walked around looking for items needed to make the order. He had the customers bowl in his hand and walked in the back looking for something, came back to the front and just stood there. Finally, a couple other guys came from outside and started helping. After our order was complete, we had to wait another 5 mins to be rung up. Came home, (3min drive) and opened my bowl to eat, and my honey chicken is cold as ice. Needless to say, I won’t be visiting this one again.

The online system is a joke.
Order a chicken bowl online with extra rice, and two scooped of salsa. After picking it up and bringing it at home, the bowl was half empty. I️ literally eat chipotle like 50 tomes a year.

I ended up taking the chicken out and weighing it on my kitchen scale and it was 1.5 ounces

Went back to the store and they said because I ordered it online. I have to call corporate.

Nothing is more annoying than having to jump through hoops because of something I didn’t cause.

First time at Chipotle despite lots of raves from my kids. My food allergies were treated seriously by the wait staff & their suggestions were spot on! My meal was delicious, I'll be back.

The chipotle by Fresno state has 30% lower prices. The 9.95 burrito is 12.95 at this location. I know better to set foot in there, haha. That's a big difference. I will literally never eat there during a lunch break while at work

Omg this is horrible, I thew all my food way. I couldn’t eat it. Who ever made the chicken was careless and drop an unbelievable amount of salt to cook it. It was so salty that my stomach started hurting like I drink sea water. I’m sure someone else had to call and complain. That’s sad we pay money to eat good food and we have people serving us that just simply don’t care. And where is management doing quality control, making sure things are being supervised. I work hard for my money and this is not fair. I order to go so it was hard to complain on site but I damn sure placed a phone call.
