Its no secret that this Chipotle has been going downhill for a while... that being said, today I actually ate the single best bowl I've ever had from here. The steak was perfectly tender with little to no fat and was perfectly spicy. The workers were extremely nice to me when I walked in and all seemed eager to help me out and even though I was the only one in the store, they were quick and efficient without being rude! Thank you for stepping up Chipotle! š š

I was very happy with the food and the service that I received out on Herndon they take their time to prepare the food well and to greet you with the smile, I have been to other chipotles, but none are is effective efficient with great customer service is the one on Herndon and Sunnyside Clovis.

Terrible customer service. Multiple instances where workers threw stuff at me rather than handing it to me. I showed up at 9:50 when they closed at 11 and they were already cleaning up and refused to acknowledge me let alone tell me if they were no longer serving. Stood there patiently for a while and they just ignored me the entire time.
Iāve been very critical in the past about chipotle in general when it comes to portion sizes but today I was very surprised by the portion I was given. I got a burrito and it was packed the max where there was no more room for anything else in the tortilla without it falling apart. My food was good and filling, was very satisfied with my food. I know it varies across locations and staff but Iād come back here again forsure.

If I could give it no stars I would this place is the worst one in Fresno/clovis rude employees always just mad at customers and underserve portions Iāve tried giving it chances back to back but always disappointed I try asking for extra and they are so stingy with it not to mention get upset and give you an attitude. Most importantly it says they close at 11 but start not serving at 7. I just know my bowl is going to end up bad specifically when that one short girl with braids does it thereās really only like two good employees

I just paid $95 for my family to eat chipotle (5 bowls) and it was awful!! Ordered on the app & picked up packed and ready to go. This particular location is horrible. Every bowl was under served with very small portions, super salty or no flavor at all with our bowls. There was a big piece of avocado not ready to eat. I paid for double meat on some and barely even got meat! Literally ridiculous chipotle needs to reevaluate their employees making food!
