We hired classic catering to cater our celebration of life for my mother in law. They did a wonderful job, the food was very good, the arrangement was lovely and the staff attended to our every need. I will definitely do business with Classic again in the future.
I have used this company in the past and they have always been amazing so when it was time for our casino night benefiting our veteran nonprofit that was coming up I reached out to book them again.
This event was in a different venue so it was my first time experiencing the staff outside of their building.
They were beyond AMAZING, every single worker that was at my event was on it all night long, this was a large event with hundreds in attendance and the staff did not skip a beat. They were kind to all of my guests, they were constantly clearing tables of beverages as guests were finishing them, taking plates, refilling waters, refilling teas, making sure the food was never short or running out.
I was also complemented on the food from so many of our guests in attendance.
I highly recommend you hiring this company for any event that you have. You will not be disappointed.

This review is only for their off-site catering. I've had 2 experiences with this caterer and both were sub-par. First was a reception that we planned well in advance and paid a fair price for a sitdown service. I will say the ease of working with their staff was a plus and is the reason for the 2nd star. However, there were a multitude of issues with their food and service at the reception. The garlic mashed potatoes and pasta with veggies were way under seasoned and not prepared like the ones we tasted a few months prior. One of the appetizers was way overcooked. CC did refund us the cost of the appetizer and 2nd starch, but I would have preferred my guests to have properly cooked appetizers and sides.My biggest issue was the service. The 3 people that were there from CC appeared to be young and inexperienced. There were only 11 tables (85 guests) and it took them well over an hour to serve everyone, and they served the table with the oldest guests last. This table was the 2nd closest to the head table. I was told by CC they would start at the head table and work towards the back. That is not how the service went at all.I was asked to put place cards for the kids so their staff would know where kid-sized meals would go. I thought that was a great idea, and was charged $10 less per plate, which seemed fair as the kids usually eat less. Some of the parents told me their child was not served unless the parent asked for a plate, and then were given a full portion. Some did not get meals at all. I was so embarrassed when I found out about this the next day. Why did CC have me make placecards for the kids if they were not going to serve them, and if/when they did, a full meal was served?My photographer had to go get the CC staff to cut & serve the cake, this was part of the contract. We had 4 cake flavors and they did not offer any choices to our guests, they simply put the plates on the tables where people were sitting. Hindsight, a separate table where guests can get their own would have been better. I won't even get into the cake parts that went in the trash that needed to be returned to the bakery, as some of that issue was the venue operator.My 2nd, and hopefully last, encounter with this caterer was a small gathering I attended recently (apprx 50 people). Again a sit down service and off-site, but less than 2 miles from their Clovis event hall. The food was very simlar to my reception food, but the sirloin was WAY overcooked, medium-well to well done. Brown thru and thru. Very difficult to cut and chew. The same steak at my reception was cooked medium or less, as there was definitely a pink center (see photo, cropped from a picture that was focused on guests so it's a little blurry). Definitely a consistency problem here. The salad was a few pieces of tough greens and tasteless dressing. The small individual cakes were cute but very dry and the frosting was super sugary. So disappointing for a lovely event. I hope the hosts of that event got their money back.
