Come on, it's Cold Stone. Great ice cream, quick service, generous portions for a decent price. What isn't there to like?

But there's a bench outside, and no one's ever stopped me from eating my ice cream at the outdoor seating in front of Starbucks which is right next door.
The ice cream is delicious! The staff are also really nice and helpful. Probably my favorite ice cream chain!

Online order was incorrect. I live too far to return so I will just take the loss. No greeting or acknowledgement when entering store for an online order pickup. Customer Service could be improved.

The people that servered us at this place were giving us are ice cream and we got a love it and got to have it they gave us are ice cream and they took of a big portion of it and they went to the back and started eating our ice cream when we left we came back and they were still eating our ice cream and a guy came and wiped his mouth on his shirt. 😤 they all were bad employees also bad service taking to long.

Coldstone on Herndon created a birthday cake for a birthday party during a conference. We needed black cherry. This branch created a delicious custom blend of black cherries and sweet cream with lots of juice for flavoring. The cake was absolutely delicious and a huge hit with all the attendees. Thank you!

I’ve been to other locations but this is the only Coldstone I’ve been to where they never fill my ice cream cup up. The girls will scoop the ice cream and make it but give me half of it and save the other half. Today I finally asked why they do that and the girl said they either throw it out or keep it which doesn’t make sense. I think they keep some to eat…. Or don’t know how to portion it and end up wasting some but all I know is that my cup is never filled.

Employees were nice but after eating the ice cream. I got food poisoning. I will not be coming back to this location. I ordered a strawberry ice cream with brownie and gram crackers.

They have no idea how to handle a crowd. They have 4 employees yet it’s taking approximately 7 min PER PERSON so I’ve been waiting for half an hour for only 6 people to get served before me.

Came in for an ice cream cake yesterday and the staff was very welcoming. Many options to choose from and even make custom cakes if you can’t find one you like. A young woman with red hair working yesterday afternoon was very helpful in finding the right cake for our daughter and even offered a to write on it. They had an abundance of colors you could write the cake with. We even decided to order some ice cream on the side, it was very good!
