2 stars just for the food. It tasted great until I bit into a good amount of onions. It was good until that point. Had to spit out the food into the napkin. Looked at my burger and I just ended up eating just the patty and buns clean off. The fries were flavorless honestly. Got cold pretty quick for steak fries. The onion taste ruined the whole meal so I couldn't even finish my entire fries even if I tried to. I even added so much ketchup. The taste wasn't going away. The service was good, the cook o believe (African man) noticed me and asked if I was ok. Explained what happened and he offered me another remake but what's the point of my stomach was hurting from the taste of the onions. I declined his offer. He came back after I had to finish what burger I had which was just buns and patty. He gaved me a gift card as an apology. It was nice but that's not how I function when it comes to me getting and being served food. I don't give second chances honestly and I left the card back at the register. I just won't come back after what happened. Any restaurant needs to understand that it has to get done right the first time. Cross contamination must be recognized. Overall, not returning to condone business again

The service is the slowest.I have had to wait so long. Doordash and pickups are ruining the business.So overwhelmed with numerous many pickup orders, they can't even fulfill the ones that are sitting here. Great food, but the service is so slow.Be prepared to wait a very long time.
