Would give zero if I could, walked in at 7:40 pm, open sign still lit, got denied, said they’re closed! Last time going here, good luck in the food service business.

I would never serve this gross Avocado to anyone in my house and I sure wouldn't expect it to be part of my $18+ combo meal. So disappointing.....my daughter loved her meal...me...not so much.

1st deli delicious in almost 4 years. I remember the sandwiches were so soft and tasty. Im not even a sandwhich guy and i loved deli delicious. Used to get one every time. This time not the same. Bread stale almost. Had no texture. Its no longer delicious, just a Deli now.

Just like another reviewer, the food is good but the main lady up front is extremely rude and loud. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Very quick, snappy, and yells your order for the whole store to hear. I didn’t even want to stay in the building after the poor service up front

Not sure what happened with this establishment. Used to offer incredible sandwiches packed with meat and vegetables on amazing bread. Now it’s predominantly bread and definitely not worth the cost.

The sourdough bread at Deli D crumbles and falls apart. @Sourdough Co on Herndon and Fowler has delicious sourdough bread, consider using their vendor. The owner/manager (asian gal) is rude.Looks like the staff are somewhat afraid of her. Makes it uncomfortable to eat in the restaurant. Other than that gal, the staff is always very nice.

Come on! Lettuce is rotten, no soup (employee said they got a new soup pot and they don’t know how to work it) just ran out of a bunch of items! Where is the management? Bad employee attitudes to top it off. Go to another locationKid-friendliness: Yes

Went on lunch for 1 sandwich no tomato no onions . And I waited about 25 minutes, by the time my sandwich was made my lunch was over. At work I sneek a bite and I get a mouth full of onions . There was nobody else in the store when I got there. So I don't know why it took so long. The employees bwere super nice. And polite but maybe they needa be retrained?Parking: Horrible parking

Love this location!!! I forgot to press “submit” on my online order. I showed up 15 mins before close after they already cleaned everything up and they still insisted on making my order. So grateful!! Great customer service!!!

I ordered a philly cheese steak, lemonade and fries for delivery. The delivery came early, but the order I got was much different from the one I gave. I got a cold sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, mustard and cold cuts. I also recieved a diet dr. pepper. Fries were good though I'll give you that, but next time maybe I don't want a different sandwich and drink, haha.

Great food. It I'd all the yelling behind the couter. Very unsettling. While you are ordering they are yelling out while u r ordering. The other people are like 5 feet away.

This afternoon I went in to order a sandwich, there was only 2 young ladies working. One young lady started preparing my order from the back where the bread was. She was nice and polite, asked me what I would like. After she put my bread in the toaster oven she began placing the lunch meat and cheese in a pile on the cutting board. Then she began to stack the lettuce, tomato, pickles in another pile on the board. I asked her if I could have lunch meat that wasn't placed directly on the board, she informed me this is how they always make the sandwiches. She also stated that the bread is placed directly on the cutting board as well but it's ok because the board is sanitized. The board did not look clean and a white towel was in clear view. I watched her utilize this towel to wipe the board down numerous times while I ate my sandwich. Never switching it or rinsing it out. After a discussion about how I've never seen anyone do that before and the fact that I didn't feel it was very sanitary the worker made my sandwich with fresh products. I will never return to this store if you feel/train your employees to handle food this way. I highly suggest you give your staff training in proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
