Spent 50.00 here today with my 2 grandkids. Service was horrible, and so were the sandwiches. Had to tell her 3 times on how we wanted each sandwich and they were still made wrong. Will never come to this location again. We go to Port of Sub next time.

Many of the Fresno Deli Delicious shops have seemingly gotten sloppy over time. The Clovis & Herndon location had - for some time - been the most consistent with their overall quality until recently. It was at its peak about a year ago when there was a regular evening crew of college guys behind the counter. Over the last year I've noticed the quality of service change at the Herndon & Clovis location. One major flag is that chairs are stacked on tables by 7pm and food is given in to-go boxes no matter what. If hours of operation go to 8pm, I cannot understand why it's acceptable to make your customers feel like they're not welcome to stay and eat on site. While we ate at the bar table we witnessed a customer come in asking "are you guys still open" at 7:25pm seemingly under the impression that stacked chairs meant no service. (By the way, she was only allowed to use a card because they apparently were not taking cash payment after a certain time.) Food quality was mixed: my sandwich was okay but my wife's was soggy and the bread was not equally cut. This is again an example of inconsistency with many DD shops across the Fresno area. For the price point, I certainly expect a bit more effort from the DD chain. Hope to see improvements soon.

Such a great sandwich shop with the friendliest staff. Talk about service with a smile. Destinee made me feel right at home and was so helpful. I've never had a sandwich from here before and she helped me pick the best one! I love sandwiches now i'm gonna come here everyday until I try every last one! Clean and happy vibes. 5 stars omg

spent $26 on 2 small subs and 1 order of fries it came with a small cup with little bit of ranch. the basket of fries was a good amount But I was out of ranch dipping by the 8th fry. When I asked for more ranch they said it will be .75, they Barely even gave me any to begin with......if I've already spent $26 then one squirt of ranch shouldn't be that much of an issue. At the end of the day THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

Make sure you use their website to order because if you try calling they will put you on hold for a minimum of 5mins (so you Can place online instead) to only get there & it being empty. Instead of being a quick pick up while you're on the road. I walked in to them just cleaning with 0 ppl. I walked right out & bought food next door.

This deli delicous is great because its in a convenient area. I always run my errands on this side of town so it's a must to stop and eat here. My sandwich and fries were accurate and fresh. The customer service was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I recommend this deli!

***update next day*** I spoke to the owner and she apologized and will work with their team on how things should be done and will be giving me my order again to be used within the next two weeks. She did give me the option of a refund as well. I went in tonight at 7pm, an hour before closing. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 1 large and 3 medium, an order of beer batter fries and spicy fried green beans. First issue, fries and green beans looked as if they had been over fried and fried in old used oil. Second each sandwich was SO LOADED with mustard, so much that it over powered the whole sandwich. Third, one of the sandwiches just looked nothing like what I've gotten from a deli delicious before, just a sad looking sandwich. Fourth, the bread was so hard, dry, and crunchy. Couldn't call back as they closed at 8pm. Such a horrible experience and meal. Waste of almost $70 on mustard sandwiches and burnt sides. Oh and there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom...
