Placed a custom order and arrived on time for pickup. Unfortunately, we had a storm the night before and they lost power and the order was misplaced. They went above and beyond to make it right- recalled their baker and promised to deliver the donuts to our workplace. Even included a free coffee and extra donuts without asking. Everyone loved the donuts and I was so happy with your customer service after an honest mistake. Thank you!
Great customer service. They take care of you. Was looking for a new donut shop and been taking donuts to work and everyone loves them. The designs on special orders are beyond expectations and quality and taste are worth every penny. They've earned by business for sure.
Don’t usually leave reviews , but when the owners & workers are super sweet and nice. & of course the donuts were fire 🔥 😋 10/10 stars on level of deliciousness! (: def be coming back for more donuts. Think the best donut shop in town. Good job guys! 😊
