The service is always great and the employees are always kind never had an issue with an order or the quality of service. The real issue is the group of teenagers that hang out in the parking lot blaring their speakers past 10pm, speed up in down the very small parking lot in their trucks, and overall rude to the other customers just trying to get drinks. On more than one occasion these teenagers have made rude comments/cuss words towards me and other patrons.

This location lacks something. (Jessica is there only good worker) Every other location in town seems to get our order right but this one. I get it’s annoying when a drink is “customized” but if you guys are that lazy to actually make them right maybe this job is too difficult for you. Seems like there’s no one in charge here and on top of that the lil white boys in there truck don’t even make you wanna get in that line with them in the parking lot acting like it’s a car show🤣

What business does not accept a $100 bill? He said we only have ones and fives. Generally places open up and have a set amount of cash in the register. SMH terrible business never again.

I sincerely wish we had more Dutch Bros in vicinity of the Bay Area because they have some of the best hot chocolate I've had. Hot chocolate is one of, if not my favorite hot drink. You'd think I'd find my favorite hot chocolate at a fancier place like Ghirardelli, but the hot chocolate I got from Dutch Bros was perfect for my taste. It's not carried by whipped cream and doesn't have too much or too little chocolate syrup in it, it's milky and tastes good even when it starts to get cold. I usually get hot chocolate in small sizes but I was able to finish a medium one. I can't wait to come back.
The only issue me and my party had the last time we came was being accidentally made and charged an extra drink. I understand that the employee could have misheard us or made a mistake when taking our order. It was quite busy. Overall, 4/5.

Simply fantastic coffee, drinks, food, and customer service. They blow away Starbucks in quality and customer service. If you have never been, you gotta try it. Since they have opened more locations, the wait times are not what they used to be. You may still have a short wait, but it's reasonable. Thanks DB for always giving me an amazing experience!!

Dutch Bros always has really good service that is really friendly.l they're really fast even when they have a big line.This location is amazing and I suggest anybody to come and try it out.They're really really good.I love the cold brew.It's my favorite thing to get and the guy gave me light ice just like I asked.
