This store is always cleaning up Ashlan and willows mess for me. I don’t complain much, if at all. But today I finally had it. I buy drinks from DUTCH DAILY. Another wrong drink. Probably the fourth time this week. I got to talking to Aiden(sorry if I got it wrong) and he was awesome and understanding. I normally just reorder and pay for the drink, but he didn’t agree with how I do that. He offered to have my drink remade, and they got it to me practically within a couple of minutes. From being irritated and telling my wife I’m never getting Dutch bros to them winning me back as a customer is what true customer service is about. Make that man a manager please

The drinks are great! I accidentally lost my wallet when I visited and when I called to find out if they had it, the staff was very helpful. I got it back the same day, so I am very happy! Excellent people on both morning and evening shifts!

There was a massive line that took us 40 minutes through drive-through. The girls working there honestly did not look bothered at all and were chit chatting and standing around while the line got longer. I don't normally give bad reviews but this was the worst dutch bros I have been to. I do however empathize with those who were at the window who did most of the work she looked frustrated by how slow the others were taking and she was doing her best to be pleasant so thank you to the drive threw girl.

Horrible service. Nasty employees, especially Shalom. They make you wait in a long line, ignoring you, to order your drinks, then take a few orders and make you wait again until they are done with everyone’s orders to give them to you. Meanwhile your drinks are just sitting there on the counter melting. Manager is no help…this is the culture at this particular store. Bad manager, bad employees.
