This store is always cleaning up Ashlan and willows mess for me. I don’t complain much, if at all. But today I finally had it. I buy drinks from DUTCH DAILY. Another wrong drink. Probably the fourth time this week. I got to talking to Aiden(sorry if I got it wrong) and he was awesome and understanding. I normally just reorder and pay for the drink, but he didn’t agree with how I do that. He offered to have my drink remade, and they got it to me practically within a couple of minutes. From being irritated and telling my wife I’m never getting Dutch bros to them winning me back as a customer is what true customer service is about. Make that man a manager please
