The line was long but to be expected since it is so popular. A friendly employee was outside taking orders doing the best they could. Although we waited a good amount of time I didn't feel it was excessive for the quality of drinks you get.

Took almost half an hour to get our order. I’ve been to almost every location in Fresno/Clovis and every one has never been this slow, even when they were new.
Service was terrible. Two other customers and I waited in line inside for 10 minutes without anyone taking our order. A customer should not be waiting this long to have their order taken. I left disappointed not even getting a chance to order. I’ve been to other Dutch locations where the service was amazing and someone was always at the counter taking someone’s order.

This new Dutch Bros. is very nice, well kept and the baristas are nice.The drinks themselves are not healthy, but once in a while they’re a fun treat.
