Well the drinks are yummy but they did get my order wrong , one advise please don’t write the name on the top of lid for mobile orders. I was walking around all day with sharpie on my nose because it rubbed off when I took a sip and I didn’t even know . Kinda embarrassing 🙈.

Very convenient location. My order’s pretty much always spot on and the staff is very friendly.
The app says for mobile order pickup on the curbside pickup spot, which I did. But after waiting for 10 minutes no one showed up. So instead I went in the drive-thru and they already had my drinks already done? They should improve their wording on the app to make it a seamless experience.

This Dutch Bros location has some of the worst bad actors in the store that give attitude and are very rude and will not talk to you either. The ones who are good are amazing and make sure you are well taken care of.
Also my Drinks keep getting messed up EVERY SINGLE DAY! Ordered: 6/3 Jelly Donut drink was not made how I asked and paid for. Ordered 6/5: Jelly Donut drink was made incorrectly and missing ingredients. Ordered 6/8: Mudslide drink had no chocolate sauce in the cup so they remade it. 6/9: Mudslide drink had no chocolate sauce so they remade it. 6/11: Same thing again no chocolate sauce on Mudslide drink. 6/12: no chocolate sauce on drink AGAIN! It comes with chocolate sauce in the cup people. 6/13: the reason for this review... ordered 2 Mudslide drinks and the lady at the front asked if we had a dulce de leche drink but we did not and she smirked and asked 2 more times while giving us attitude. IT WAS NOT OUR DRINK. The same girl then proceeds to walk a drink out to the car behind us while it was turned sideways and spilled their drink put the top which is unneceptable. I never felt welcomed during this interaction today. Also my order of 1 large and 1 medium and the medium one was perfect but the large was not blended correctly and was all seperated. After going inside the woman at the front said the machine was fluffed up and promptly remade the drink but after leaving the store it turned white and the top 4 inches was foam. I went right over to the Herndon location and the drink was remade and had no issues with it from there.
