During the busy hours they do tend to forget small items but still great quality food.
Came here for a family dinner to go a few days ago and didn’t have the best experience. I called in today to speak with a manager, spoke to Casey, she apologized and fixed the issues. She was very kind and understanding. Will definitely be back considering they made the effect to address the situation and redeem the experience.
Very disappointing. Maybe 1 small tablespoon of chicken on tacos and it was cold. I bought 6 of them. Just a tiny sprinkle of onion and cilantro. I usually love El Pollo
Came in for my lunch break. Food was hot and for the first time in awhile, I got mashed potatoes that didn't taste like dish water. Happy 👍

Great food if you like "Mexican like" type of food. Though, their chicken meals are great if you're into chickens.

Carmen gave one of the worst experience from this location. From the moment I pulled into the drive thru I felt rushed. There where no cars in front of me nor any car behind me for a while. I was never greeted nor thanked for coming. This is not the first Carmen has dropped the ball. I attended this restaurant 3/7 days of the week. I will return.

I'm sorry to post this but they need to do better, I got a burrito that tasted good but I was gonna take another bite and almost broke my teeth because there was a big bone inside. I find this unacceptable. On top of that my iced tea tasted weird and they never remove the stems of the cilantro. I know they have to work fast but a burrito should not have a bone. I hope you take this into account and improve. Thank you

I had looked at the menu on my phone and went to drive threw only to be told what I wanted was only available if order online so I changed my order. When the food was handed out to me the plate of food was on its side in the bag . I had not been there in a few years and gave it a retry . I won’t be back .

Came here for lunch with my wife. When we walked in it was around 12:20pm. The place was stifling..no air movement and hot. I am greeted by the front counter lady( who was very polite and helpful) and noticed that she also looked very hot. With all the grills going and people in the building I was surprised the a/c wasn't on. I asked her if she could turn it on and she did. When we received our food (2 salads) there was something I couldn't identify in my wife's salad. It was pale in color and gooie to the touch. Needless to say it ruined our appetite. Reason I'm giving such a low review is because this isn't the first time the food quality was poor. I have in the past called the manager and complained but it does no good. No one seems to care about the quality of the product they put out. At $30 for 2 salads it's a shame it came with this experience. Won't be going back to this location. Hope everyone has a good day!
