Lots of choices for whatever you're in the mood for. I ordered the 3 piece chicken with a side salad and broccoli. We also had the double chicken avocado salad. They seemed short-staffed judging by the desperate comments of the girl working the Drive-Thru... That being said, the young man who took our order kept his composure and was very friendly considering. Our food came promptly and everything we asked for was correct.

I've never had a 100% successful drive through experience at this location. Either something is made wrong, they forget something (usually the case), or the wait is super long. It's not cause they are busy, but because they are slow. On this trip, the soda was out of syrup, so we were served a soda water instead of sprite. It sucks because when the food is good, it's wonderful. The problem is, my wife and I are honestly wondering if at this point corporate has the employees intentionally forgetting items as a cost saving, albeit theft, maneuver. That's how bad it's becoming. At some point it's going to be the last time.

3/14/24 Orderd a family meal to go, chicken had no flavor, no taste whatsoever. Did not get salad dressing or salsas. I'm about 25 minute away from Pollo Loco. Very disappointed.

I've eaten at plenty of El Pollo Loco. This was probably the least favorite one to eat at. The service was slow. Incorrect order. Yes, it was corrected, but it would have been better to not feel like it was a hassle. Better customer service is definitely needed at this location. And if the employees are up in front helping customers. At least acknowledge them. Being friendly doesn't cost anything. A better way to deal with your customers. Negative feelings about eating here again.

They actually gave me mashed potatoes with no gravy. Wtf is that. Mold on the broccoli too. Disgusting establishment. I paid for a family meal and feel cheated out of my money. Complete rip off due to incompetency.

The chicken was so dry we almost choked on it! This is the worst one I have ever been too! I love my El Pollo Loco, but you can keep this one! They had no pico de gallo! WTH? Close if you can't do it right! What the heck did I just pay for? The corn tortillas were all broken! Shame on this one restaurant

From back in the day when I still lived in Cali El Pollo Loco's chicken had always been great. One day they'll make it to Kansas City, Missouri, and I'll get to try all the new items on the menu I haven't tried.
