I grew up eating El Pollo Loco so I did not complain when the prices went up nor when they started having the tiniest salsa cups. But the service we got today was awful enough to where I may not go back. Mom and I went through drive thru, and we wanted separate orders but they said they dont allow that...okay, fine. But the woman in there who came on the com after the Jeremiah guy was rude as hell, attitude like she doesnt want to be there, and she even lied about giving us our receipt after asking if we wanted it?? I get we have bad days, but we were nice and compliant and she was just unhappy and rude. Please dont let her face customers or you will lose more.

While we were in the drive thru, the guy that took our order was extremely disrespectful from the get go. When we told him we were ready, he had told us to wait. Once we were about to pay, he just ignored us and asked what we got in a very rude manner and still made us wait without saying anything. Overall, the customer service here was terrible and they need to have some basic manners.

They always seem to be out of chicken and the drive through takes a long time. Luckily I have learned this and don't go there if I am in a hurry. But there have been time where I have waited a while in the drive through just to find out that they are out of some of the chicken. No one wants to wait 10 minutes to order just to find out they don't have what you want, and the still be stuck sitting in the drive through.

Loved this experience! As a grad student on a tight budget the fire grilled combos are perfect, filling, and affordable. Reminds me of home and my grandmother's cooking. I was served by Lidia who was very sweet and left me smiling!

I haven't been to this location in years , and I honestly dont know if I just came at the right time..but the food was so fresh !! Very flavorful and everything was cooked right. I go to other locations sometimes but this one just hits the spot for me !! Jeremiah was the one who took my order, very friendly as well. Good job cooks!! And great Job on service !!

Stopped in for lunch, ordered dine-in. Waited, waited, waited. I get that priority might be the drive-thru orders and if that's the case, put more staff on the line to help with dine-in orders so patrons aren't waiting excessively! One person making the orders!!!! Got fed up and asked for refund! NEVER going back to this establishment, NEVER!

The bathroom was terrible. Dirty, old and disgusting.
The customer service is AWFUL and they literally always get your order wrong. There is a line of people waiting to get their orders corrected and the staff doesn't seem to care or want to make it right. I won't be back.

My experience was good no major complaints so far.
Coupons are bait & switch- wanted to use coupon for crunchy tacos and was told couldn’t use coupons because they were out of crunchy tacos. When asked if the could use soft tacos as replacement and manager and another worker in an unfriendly manner said no. Worker said it would mess-up their control of their sales. My wife and I eat there a lot; but, will probably look for other restaurants. Too bad have always been happy about food and service in past. Suggest not to go on Sundays near closing. Manager was extremely unfriendly when I challenged their logic about not adhering to her authority. Another thing she didn’t allow a $4.00 discount on their salad.
