Coupons are bait & switch- wanted to use coupon for crunchy tacos and was told couldn’t use coupons because they were out of crunchy tacos. When asked if the could use soft tacos as replacement and manager and another worker in an unfriendly manner said no. Worker said it would mess-up their control of their sales. My wife and I eat there a lot; but, will probably look for other restaurants. Too bad have always been happy about food and service in past. Suggest not to go on Sundays near closing. Manager was extremely unfriendly when I challenged their logic about not adhering to her authority. Another thing she didn’t allow a $4.00 discount on their salad.

Drive thru lines are ridiculous! They take forever! They should park their customers in front of the store, just like how other fast food places park with number signs in front of the restaurant!

Jeremiah at the window gives excellent customer service! He's always slammed, but still super professional and helpful. The drive through line was super busy, and he still made sure my salads had no rice, double beans, and asked for my phone so he could ck my app for coupons and scanned my phone! All while he was slammed! Great job Jeremiah, you're so cute and you rock!! Keep up the great work!!

Horrible. $12 for a nasty watery burrito. It was small and tastes horrible. Fell apart. It was 11:30 and ordered 1 burrito took 5 mins. Employees don’t care. They SHOULD NOT BE MAKING $20 an hour. It’s a joke. Customer service was bad. It’s also pretty cool to watch employees throw products in the microwave while you’re waiting in the drive through. Do yourself a favor go get a good burrito from chipotle or at a real Mexican food restaurant. I’ll never come back to el pollo loco. I’m dead serious it was a disgusting burrito.

Please do not go to this location. The pico de Gallo sauce was not well refrigerated. It tasted like it had expired. I put a report against this store with the Fresno Department of Environmental Health. Unsure if the rest of the food is safe to eat.

Found hair in two different entrees. The portions of chicken in the tacos was weak and the employee working the front counter was not helpful at all. When an item was missing from our order and my wife asked about it, she was pretty much interrogated. Turns out they gave that item to another customer by mistake. Really disappointed in this experience.
