I came into eat today after not going to el rodeo for awhile, and let me tell you!! El rodeo has stepped up their game! The server belen absolutely wonderful and I notice how welcoming and friendly she is and actually knows her customers which is very rare to find in restaurants. Really good food, went there late almost closing and the staff were very friendly. Salsa for chips was good a little on the sweet side. Got the three combo plate, taco, enchilada, and chili relleno. It was good. Been there before and the food was also good. It is a little hard to find but once you do you’ll be happy.

Tried a quesabirria, Chile relleno (covered in Chile Verde??), and a chicken enchilada. Also had the asada fries and kids meal bean and cheese burrito. Everything was fresh and great flavor. Chile relleno threw me for a loop as I've never seen one covered in a meat sauce, but it was really good!

Service was abrupt, didn't have a super friendly server, and food took about 30 mins to come out (restaurant had only a few people when we sat, multiple groups...
