Sadly, if you have food allergies, dont eat here. I have a severe allergic reaction to tomato where I go into anaphalactic shock. So I ordered a tuna sandwich, no tomatoes online. Get it home, tomatoes. Im so allergic I can't just take off tge tomatoes, so into the trash it goes and im out money and still hungry. Trued again a few days later because my friends wanted it. Same order, no tomatoes, and get it home and tomatoes on the sandwich. Not going to try a third time. If you have allergies and order online, go elsewhere.

This restaurant always has great service and a nice atmosphere but the food is hit and miss. I’ve had great burgers and truffle fries in the past but the nachos I had tonight were a huge disappointment. They were sweet, tasted like a bbq watered down sauce drizzle, very little beans and the jalapeños were raw with seeds still present. :/

The service and is average but the food is most disappointing. I ordered lettuce wrap and it was not even one star worth. Wasted money. I went to have quality meal with my daughter and ended up disappointed with a stomach ache. I guess I paid for service and atmosphere. They should hire someone who knows food. The quality and quantity of the food was pathetic.

Their menu seems like it's items from a Costco grocery store, rehashed through an AI marketing agent. You can tell they've been told to be "more creative", but management completely misinterpreted what that meant. The menu is still bare, with the marketing words. My mother's sweet potato fries had maple syrup on them? Really weird decision making here. I decided to order something safe: a BBQ Burger, french fries, and salad. The buns on my burger were... Potato buns you'd see at McDonald's (wish I was joking). The meal was a bit... Comical. We decided to stay for dessert. Our "volcano chocolate" dish was solidly frozen Ice cream, which appeared as if it came from a freezer bag; It could've been salvaged being served as one dish with the hot "lava" chocolate atop the cold ice cream, and it would've been perfect.. unfortunately the dish was served as two tiny bowls on a plate, and ended up being a mess whilst both burning and freezing our taste buds. The salt atop the whipped cream to disguise the off taste was... an interesting choice. And the end of the day, our burgers were "okay", my fries were good, salad was fresh but with too much cheese, and the dessert was half scolding hot whilst the other half was frozen hard. The restaurant seems like facade work was done by upper management, but it falls short. You can tell the chef in the back refers to a corporate manual, with little freedom allocated by management. IMO management should allow back of house take more control over menu and preparedness of the food in order to succeed. The menu "uniqueness" is a real buzz kill for me as a guy. I was unable to choose a beer, because the marketing names on the menu were absolute crap. I want to know what I'm ordering, not what the "attitude" or "feel" I'll get from a drink. That's just not how it works for me. It's okay if you're not that unique guys, management please tone down that facade.

We ordered two burgers with bone marrow and a bourbon barrel cake. It was good.

Their outdoor seating is very pleasant, with a nice olive tree and a fountain.

We'll come back to try their other burgers.

I received chicken wings with no sauce. I went in today to just get the sauce and Leslie said " we want you to be happy "and gave us two new orders of chicken wings with extra sauce
Now, thats good customer service! Not only am i happy, but i will tell others what a good experience i had.
I work for Trader Joes and we have the same expectation of customer service, above and beyond!
Treat others the way you want to be treated
Thank you

I'm absolutely in love with Eureka right now! I adore the atmosphere and the food. The service is always excellent. If you're looking for a quick buzz, definitely try the Headhunter—it's so good! And it's true what they say: you only need two of those drinks.

I LOVE the Fresno Eureka location and the vibes/staff. The food is always consistently good, decently priced, and cocktails are on point (not too sweet and well crafted). However, I have given the Clovis location several tries (a lot of my friends live nearby) and am consistently disappointed with the service. Not quite as welcoming or friendly. Last night was the worst, the bartenders could care less about serving & more so focused on closing/cleaning up (we came in around 7:30 PM). Not only did my friend and I have to initiate them taking our orders (got ignored mostly), they forgot my drink order once I actually got around to getting their attention to order a simple beer and Diet Coke. But I’ve also received food cold before and/or forgotten on the outside patio (which is unfortunate because it’s so cute out there).

Lovely day out on the patio! Our server was very bubbly and attentive. The food came just as we ordered it, and it was all very good!

Kid-friendliness: Service begins with a complimentary snack plate. There are kids menu options. Crayons, and an activity sheet are provided as well.
