After a Fresno State football game, (Fresno vs NM State) there aren’t many places to eat if you have a big family so we all decided to eat at Fat Burger and I feel so bad for the people that were working that night because we had a REALLY big order (a order for 9 people and majority of us ordered XXL or bigger) but the way those employees worked that night was awesome. They had patience and was kind. I know they probably were a bit irritated cuz it was a lot of orders but they did awesome, they didn’t get not one order wrong! I wish we had cash to tip them all that worked that night. Next time we definitely will keep cash on us just for that cuz this won’t be the last game we will go to this season.

Waited for over 10 minutes just to place our order there wasn’t anybody else in line to order so we waited at the intercom we began to place our order and crew member stated 20 minute wait for wings there is nothing express about this place will not be returning
Staff was unfriendly and had no urgency to help customers

I got the XXL burger and medium wings. Have to say the burger lived up to the name. It was a FAT burger!! Finally a burger joint that lives up to it's name! Wings were good also. If you want a FAT burger I recommend Fatburger.

Hands down the best fast food burger you can get, I'm so happy to have a fat burger near my house now. A bit more expensive than in-n-out, but still cheaper than 5 guys and significantly better than both. If it's busy things can be a bit slow, but I usually just order ahead and pick up, or drive thru.

This happened late at night

I looked up reviews, they seemed OK but I honestly wish I didn't.

The cashier seemed to have a attitude the hole time.

But I just let it go since it's late and she's probably tried, but when I asked how much and what kind of drinks they have? she just looks at me and grabs one of the cups, idk what size but adds it to my bill and is in silence.

And I'm like, uh, okay then, asks do you have any lemonade? And then she changes it to a lemonade, but still doesn't say anything to me And at this point I'm getting irritated as well, but I still let it go because I'm Extremely tired from work, i then order small skinny fries and as I'm about to pay, I didn't pay attention but my boyfriend did it was $15 but went up to $20 when I taped my card and went to sit down & My boyfriend explained to me that they charged me for chili fries not skinny, if that's what I said, I didn't ordered that but went back to take care of it, she was cunfused and quiet.

And the worst part was the food was very salty and horrible, soggy.

me and my boyfriend both feel sick and didn't like it, I understand that fast food is never the best when it comes to food quality, but at the same time I have never had fast food that terrible before.

the fact that they charge me chili fries when I said skinny fries at the last Second was wried and it seemed like they added that to my bill with skinny fries because I saw the Receipt when she was going over it, and I realized she charged + chilli fries.

I really wish I can Get my money back or get a hold of customer service.

Never coming back.

Very popular for lunch on a Sunday afternoon so wait time was a little more than ideal; but, good service and food.

Parking: Most customers used to drive through. They only have a few dedicated parking spots, but parking is available at the decent gas station.
