I've been to this location plenty of times but this is the first time the food was unsatisfactory the meat was very dry this time

What happened to the seasoning on the fries? Was disappointed with the burger... This is good for others but not for me. Overall 6 out of 10 in my opinion.

If you want a full meal expect to pay close to 20$, their regular burger is enough for two people, big burgers, if your in a hurry don't expect to get out soon, the service has two speeds, slow and off.

Ordered for delivery which became part of the problem. I ordered two fat burgers with the works we got two naked burgers. Add the cold onion rings were gross. This is not like the old Fatburger.

The drive through is extremely slow and watching the employees through the window explains it. Poorly run.

Alex and Robert were both welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Food was delicious. Top notch burgers!! The turkey burgers are my favorite and their sweet potatoes fries are so good! Just wish I lived closer. :)

Came in and I was a little nervous to order. I have to have my food with little to no salt. Not a lot of places will do that. Alex helped me with my order and was so nice and attentive!! He made sure my order was just right for me! My burger and fries were so good and had very little seasoning. Will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Alex!!!

I had a great experience at Fatburger! The food was fresh and tasty, but what really stood out was the service. My server, Alex, was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Definitely coming back!

I’ve been to Fatburger a few times before and honestly, the service wasn’t great rude attitudes and just not a good experience. But today was completely different. Eli helped me with my order and he was amazing. Super friendly, patient, and actually made the whole experience enjoyable. On top of that, the food was really good too. He’s one of a kind and really stands out compared to the service I’ve gotten in the past. Huge shoutout to him for turning things around he’s the reason I’ll come back again!
