Four seasons is a legitimate Chinese restaurant with authenticity in its Chinese menu. They have two menus one for the American side if you want and then there’s a Chinese menu. I’ve been eating there for over 12 years and when I had Chinese stew living with me for years, we would go to a lot of different Chinese restaurants just to check them out, but they always came back to four seasons we were there Friday March 7 12 of us. Best dim sum we’ve ever had! It was Monday and I was worried that the dim sum was gonna taste like frozen leftover, but everything was fresh and so tasty! Whole fried sole fish is a must try!
