After Shanghai closed we were looking for a good Chinese chicken salad and found Great Wall has the closest we have found so far. In traveling all over the country, Fresno is the only place in the country that has a good pan fried noodle. This must be a local thing, others in my circle who travel also have looked in vain also for good pan fried noodles. Highly recommended.
My first order with Great Wall Chinese Cuisine, Clovis let me know that this restaurant has very good food and excellent customer service: A friend really likes this Great Wall restaurant in Clovis so I went online to this restaurant, and ordered for pickup (not delivery). I love their Walnut Shrimp. It's my favorite. I order it every time we go there. The Waitresses are great. Very courteous & pleasant. When we go there the girls know exactly what I want. They are very good at remembering their regular customers.
