This was my first time here so I didnt know what to expect. The food was good and service was fast even when they're packed to the brim. Walked in and order 14 burgers for a company lunch and I expected to wait longer then I actually did. Really impress with the speed and accuracy. The price for each burger is also really good.

Consistently good food and good service. Even the drive through moves pretty fast with long lines. Unfortunately they are making a new headquarters in Tennessee, possibly leaving their California roots behind. Hopefully they don't forget where they came from and who made them what they are today, California!!!

This place is always so busy! Waited almost 1 hour for my food. Customer service was great and food is always great!
The people are always great. Disappointed in the fries, soggy and not hot, and the burger patties seem much smaller than they used to be. Was looking forward to the burger because we don't have any In-N-Out on the East coast. Definitely not as good as I remember.

We need another In-N-Out in Clovis California. This one is too crowded at regular meal-times inside, and with 20-30 car line in drive-thru. Burgers are delicious but not worth a 20-30 min wait.
Parking: Parking in front of restaurant. Drive-thru line makes it difficult to park directly in front.
Kid-friendliness: Totally kid-friendly by can get very loud inside

Order was wrong. Drove a half hour home to find that out. When I took the whole order back to prove that I wasn’t lying they refused to remake my whole order. They insisted that me and my date should have eaten 30 minutes apart. They only said they can remake one burger. So we had one hot burger and one ice cold burger. Never had this happen before. I eat here 2x a week. Not anymore. This location has been lacking in food quality and hospitality. Not to mention the cries were severely undercooked.
