I get off of work late sometimes and get in the mood for a snack... gotta love those 2 tacos at Jack in the box at 1 AM! Good and the service is always friendly no matter what time of day or night. If I had another hand I'd give them 3 thumbs up

We were given the wrong order entirely. Assuming the lady working us had trouble with another car ahead of us, she took a really long time getting back to us after asking for our order. Once we finally got our (wrong) food we were still waiting for our drink that she seemed to have not listened when we ordered at the speaker as our receipt ended up not having a drink charged. No big deal there. My partner and I start driving when I realize the food is entirely wrong and probably someone else’s. We didn’t bother going back as it was still about the same value as our original order, but the service and mistake was still highly upsetting.

The fryer has been down for 2 days I asked for a combo because it's cheaper than buying the burger and drink separate told them just to keep the french fries. They said they can't... stupid
Every single damn time I order they screw something up. I once ordered only curly fries and they gave me cold regular fries. Tonight I order regular cinnamon churros and I’m given these gross pumpkin ones. Literally need to pay attention better and stop smoking pot out back by the trash can (yes I saw you smoking pot)

First you don't have DeCaf coffee, (they don't get a lot of orders for that, so they stopped offering it) so I'm out of luck. Then you get my order wrong! I'm long gone and find out my Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich is NOT! I got a bun with one egg, two sausage patties That's it!! I HATE sausage!
