The staff was very nice like always but today I went inside and they did not add the strawberries to my bowl that I paid for and almost did not give me a waffle I paid for either :( I didn’t realize the strawberries were missing from my bowl until I got home.

Two young workers both males were pretty bad and have no customer service. They were more focused on cleaning so that they can get off asap instead of acknowledging the customers waiting in line. This lady tried ordering and they just pointed at the screen and she told them she didn’t know how to use it (to order). The guy took a while to go to her and show her and was not friendly. A customer walked in at 8:53 and they told him they were closing early so they didn’t service him. These guys need to be fired smh. Grey shirt and pink shirt July 9th, 2025 at approx 8:45pm

I came to Jamba Juice to pick up a DoorDash order. While I was there, I politely asked the staff if I could use the restroom. The lady at the counter told me, “Sorry, these restrooms are for customers only. If I let you use it, my boss will get mad at me.”
I understand company policies, but as a delivery driver helping their business by picking up and delivering orders, I expected at least a little more consideration. We’re part of the same customer service chain. Denying a basic need like a restroom to the people helping keep your business running doesn’t sit right with me.
I hope Jamba Juice reconsiders how they treat delivery drivers. A little kindness goes a long way.

I still think staff friendly but, last 2 trips to this store I left empty handed. 1st was app not working right showed 0 pts, today was the wifi down so could not use gift card. 2nd time this has happened. Guess wifi there is spotty since both times I had been to nearby shop & no problem.
Horrible service same time every time I order , I do not like to use the kiosk because it does not allow me to modify my smoothie, and the employees always try to force me to use the kiosk . The employees always give me an attitude when i respectfully refuse to use it . Even in front of customers, it makes me feel like a bad person . I choose this Jamba Juice because it’s closest to the gym . Not happy with the service whatsoever so ever !!
