This place only has kiosks to order your food. The drink my kid likes does not show up on the standard options on the screen. I asked one of the people working there and they said just pick this other one that is close and add a note. I could not find the note and she would not come over to help. I am sick of these kiosks in stores now, if people want a tip they need to be helpful to the customers.

Good location with good Management. The manager there has always helped with any issues encountered and directly responds to feedback supplied to the request that is sent after orders. The different drinks are always made perfect here including older items not directly on the menu. This location also supplies the extra drink in a small cup instead of just tossing it like other locations around here do. Given the very high prices now charged at Jamba this is appreciated.

I order by mobile app. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Cool. I showed up after 25 minutes. I asked if it was ready, a lady said, "no it would be a few more minutes". I waited an additional 10 minutes. After seeing multiple people receive their order, I asked if I could cancel the order. The other worker asked for my name/order.... only to be told, "oh we had it made (in the fridge)." The female worker, who first told me it wasn't ready, looked at me and didn't even apologize. She knew she made a mistake yet didn't own up to it.It was super frustrating. I refuse to go to this location now.

Go to this location often. Today there was only 1 worker working. (Think this is a management or GM issue) since the store was busy and definitely more than 1 person can handle. The person working though I believe her name was Leah was working really hard to maintain orders up to speed and keep customers happy. Props to her

My two reasons that I gave the 1215 Herndon Ave, Ste 101, Clovis, Jamba the his highest rating. 1) I have picked up my app-ordered drinks done timely and correctly. 2) One of the juicer makers rescued me when I had the wrong location down. I had previously ordered and picked up my drinks by Herndon and 99. I did not change the location. When I got there and waited for about 10 minutes but nothing showed up, I asked. One of the Juicer makers ask for my name and found out that I had the wrong location. He pointed out and turned back to his responsibilities of making juice. Another maker next to him saw my disappointment and realized that I would never drive all the to Herndon and 99. He said he would make the drinks for me and call the other Jamba to help me cancel the order. What an unexpected experience from him. Sorry I don’t have his name. Thank you.

Always had pleasant service at Jamba except for today. I came in to order two drinks. Only one was made, I waited a bit longer for my second one but everyone else that had ordered after me received their purchase. Once the store cleared out, I still seen no sign of my second drink. I asked an employee if they were working on it and they said they forgot to make it. When they finally made my drink the employee filled my cup all the way with ice and there was barely any drink in it. The drink was unpleasant and not made well so I just threw it away. What a waste.

Approximately a week and half ago, I had the opportunity to share my amazing customer service experience with this location's manager. I explained to him in thorough detail that I have never experienced or received such amazing customer service from any Food Restaurant Chain in the entire city of Clovis and city of Fresno. I travel a lot as I'm now retired. But I had some downtime to reach out to this location directly and tell their manager that their super fantastic employee, Angelina is absolutely amazing with her positive energy and courteous spirit. Almost Two Sundays ago, I had walked into the Jamba Juice location at Herndon and Willow and was greeted by, Angelina with her spectacular smile and warm welcome. She was gracious enough to take my order right away soon after she was done cleaning up her workstation. She then informed me that she was helping out this location as her primary location was this location at Herndon and Clovis. I was super impressed with her professionalism, positivity and responsiveness. I then gave her some sheer wisdom that... If she sticks with this career, she will soar high among the ranks and hopefully one day acquire a store of her own. I explained to her that these young people making money from their, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat channels are the future and their business is essential for local businesses in the area to continue to thrive. Angelina has a great head on her shoulders. I will be sure to also inform Corporate Headquarters of the excellent service that I received so that they too can recognize this rising star in the making. Thank you again, Angelina :)

The staff here is very kind and the location is clean but their work flow could be improved to increase overall order efficiency and customer satisfaction. Most working here are young teens/adults and mean well but each visit I've seen orders be forgotten/skipped (including my own), incorrectly made, ingredients not being ready to use for menu items, and I think it all comes down to team communication and planning.For example today, I came in around noon on a weekday (I was the first there before the lunch rush began) and the crew initially had two employees working together. However, one abruptly left the counter to take his own lunch break when the other younger girl was clearly overwhelmed and in need of support during the rush. She ended up forgetting my smoothie, giving the person who ordered after me an incorrect one (it was probably supposed to be mine) so that guest drove back to get the mistake fixed, and instead of taking care of my missed order she couldn't decide if she wanted to take more orders or make the outstanding ones...so she proceeded to take everyone else's orders and made me wait to receive mine which should have been the first one done.It was pretty chaotic and I wanted to offer to help her because she seemed so kind and left with no support from her colleague. Management might want to better strategize staff meal break times since Jamba is a food business that ultimately should cater to the consumers typically on tight time constraints to get their own meals during the business day.I've given feedback to this Clovis location about a similar encounter a couple of months ago and their VP of operations (Gary) is also very kind and generous in wanting to provide customers with a good experience. However, I think more oversight is needed at this location to make the customer experience satisfactory every time. The staff has great bedside manner with everyone who walks in the door but they are showing clear of signs of the need for more managerial support on a regular basis

Jamba juice literally helped my low white and red blood count because I got daily vitamins and once I started drinking Jamba daily, for breakfast, I was able to conceive after 9 years of trying. I also got ginger and kale sometimes and whey.
