One of the better jamba juice locations i've been to in fresno colvis area. Staff is usually always pretty nice and friendly and the smoothies are always on point.

Don't go here unless you actually like human interaction. Vanessa did a great job. Rather than pushing me to use the self-order crapshoot, she listened to my order and told me about an offer I had on my account. I was able to get a large smoothie for less than $10. I'll be back here again soon. If I ever get pushed to use that self-order kiosk, I will drop my rating of this location. I certainly hope corporate is taking notes.

Waited for 20-30 mins to be helped when I let them know I was there for pickup. After 25 or so mins I asked them again, and they had my order ready the whole time they just misheard me I guess.. but my food ALWAYS comes out burnt and inedible because it gets so hard, it’s very frustrating when it’s not the cheapest.

Service what Service. You have to order from a screen that is not user friendly. The workers are so busy making smoothies and there is only 2 of them, forget about getting help. Please do something about your self check out machine. They are horrible.

The guy who made my Jamba today 3/26/25 at 6:15pm! Best smoothie ever! I hope your pick up game is as smooth As this smoothie you made! I hope you read this! Manager better show him. Not sure what you did differently from all the other stores. But I might have to switch stores for my Jamba.

There was a piece of clear plastic in my drink, I tried to call and tell them but the phone number is incorrect.
After sharing my review on this location I was reach out by higher management offering me a free drink for my ok experience and I believe this is good customer service as well as showing the company overall showing care for their customers. Just from this experience I will continue to be a customer at this location!

Jacob and Victoria is the best. I was in the store and I went on the app. And I accidentally ordered from the wrong store in Victoria. She was great. She had made my help. Make my drinks along with Jacob. They made my day and it was 4 drinks and they checked on me. I like that every time I go there. I'll always have a good experience.
