The guy who made my Jamba today 3/26/25 at 6:15pm! Best smoothie ever! I hope your pick up game is as smooth As this smoothie you made! I hope you read this! Manager better show him. Not sure what you did differently from all the other stores. But I might have to switch stores for my Jamba.

After sharing my review on this location I was reach out by higher management offering me a free drink for my ok experience and I believe this is good customer service as well as showing the company overall showing care for their customers. Just from this experience I will continue to be a customer at this location!

Jacob and Victoria is the best. I was in the store and I went on the app. And I accidentally ordered from the wrong store in Victoria. She was great. She had made my help. Make my drinks along with Jacob. They made my day and it was 4 drinks and they checked on me. I like that every time I go there. I'll always have a good experience. Just left may 22 1:20 pm pay kiosk wasn't working 3 workers there all ignored me for 10 minutes after asking for help 5 times super rude.
Unable to use my Jamba cups here for the 10 percent discount. During COVID this was a thing but this store is still practicing this.

I ordered three oatmeal bowls for 9.99 each from this location herndon/willow for the first time cuz I always go to the cedar location. My experience at jamba have been really good always except this time. I think there some problem with cashier who was working at this location. Maybe she didn’t want work idk. She gave me just half bowl for 9.99 and said this is our standard amount which I know is not true. Completely disappointed with the service at this location.
