Overall, this was some of the worst takeout/“fast food” I’ve ever had, “Japanese take out” at that.From walking into the establishment and seeing how dirty and run down the entire place is, to waiting almost 20 minutes, maybe more, for two simple plates of “fast” food, to ordering a “teriyaki chicken and tempura plate” that ended up being boiled, old looking chicken with globs of teriyaki -jelly- on top and the tempura sauce literally being just brown water with zero flavor..the fried rice was the “best” part but even that wasn’t anything good.My girlfriend and I couldn’t eat more than a quarter of our plates because of how nasty it all was. There is also an entire restaurant(a decent sized one at that) full of seating and when asked if we could sit and eat our plates the reason why we couldn’t was because “they were having work done”(no they weren’t). Complete waste of time and money and overall confusing as to how this place is in business.

Immediately walking in I was greeted "Be right with you". Gave me time to review the menu. I'll take a spicy tuna roll & spicy california roll. "Can't do it". Excuse me? The chefs not in. Walked out thinking, shouldn't you have started with "what can I get you, but btw". Food may or may not be good... I wouldn't know cause they couldn't make the food that was on the menu lol!

We went there to celebrate a birthday. We were very well accommodated. Our cook was so funny and entertaining.The service and food both were good. Definitely would go back for another celebration.
my son was scared of the fire.. so we skipped that but the cook did so well to make my one year old smile... great service
