The food was good. I like to rate out of 10. So out of 10 I would give it a 7.2. We were a party of 6 and got the chicken teriyaki, scallops, beef tepanyaki. We also got one dragon roll and a couple Sapporo's. It was good, nothing great. It will probably be a while before I go back. Waiter was really nice, chef was okay. Not much enthusiasm.

The food is good, But portions are small. They give you more rice and vegetables than meat. The chef wasnt friendly. He seemed like he hated his job and didnt wanna be there. Very dissapointing. I was hoping for more from this place. The only thing that saves this place is their chilli sauce 🔥 other else than that i dont think ill be back here. Maybe ill try the location in Visalia. Heard they are alot better.

Love this place! Better then other places we have tried. They cook on the table. Chef is funny. Food is excellent. I have eaten scallops at hells kitchen and it was horrible. This place knows how to cook scallops!. Service is good, food is excellent, its clean. Staff is attentive. Reservations i would suggest as they are always busy.

I went to celebrate my wife birthday with our 3 kids. We got our own teppanyaki grill. The cook/chief saw us and rush to make the food. Good amount of the rice was still white. Some of the vegetables were still hard and not fully cooked. Food portions seem very small. Seems like he didn't even want to cook for us by the way he looked at us. Didn't even try to have an Conversation with us. This will be the last time we go to Japanese kitchen. You'll be better off going to wasabi on fire paying a little more for a lot more food and way better service.

My go-to teppanyaki spot in Fresno!
We always kick things off with the Volcano Roll—it’s hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had. The fried rice is always delicious, and I really appreciate that they don’t add bacon to it. You can never go wrong with the chicken or the New York steak, both are cooked perfectly every time. If you like bold flavor, the hot & spicy option is definitely the way to go. Great food, great vibe—easily one of my favorite places to eat.

A lovely little hideaway spot for a stellar tepenyaki experience or a more calm sushi and sake treat.

The food was ok.. but the service .wow.. the waiter didn't seem to know the menu well..our food came out in shifts so we all didn't get to eat together.. my daughter ordered a second sushi roll and it took forever to come.. my son had to ask for his plum wine a few times before it was brought to him.. probably wouldn't come back..

The service was really good but the food got all of us running to the bathroom, I think we all got food poisoning or something. We got diarrhea right away we did not even finish our food when our stomach was already hurting. We had to leave the place right away, the prices are ok I guess and the chef we got was nice, we paid around $270 for our family of 6.
We all ended up sick for about 3 days but the service was ok.
