Always clean. Staff is very friendly. Coloring and games for the kids to play. We come often! Highly recommend.

Meh, it's okay... We've stopped here several times for convenience when visiting East Clovis and I've always been disappointed. There are fewer flavors and fewer topping choices than the more well known fro-yo franchise in town. Price seems higher as well, with a seemingly lower quality experience. The shop itself is no-frills as would be expected, but always seems a little grimy to me and there has always been at least one machine not working. Likely won't be back.

Hi, I went there the other day after a bike ride in the hot weather. I wanted a cold treat but it was so stinkin hot in there. My frozen yogurt even melted in a few minutes!! The frozen yogurt is always melted when it pours. Maybe i'll give it another try one day.

The environment is really nice but it is always so hot when we go it’s uncomfortable to stay and enjoy our yogurt.

I love jojos I’ve been coming here for years But I stopped by on Sunday September 8th At 12:30 we checked what time they opened before it said 12 online the sign in the front window said 12 as well We called them the lady that answered said they’ll be open at 1 so we left and came back at one The lady inside ignored us as we waited outside then put a sign on the door saying they will be back from break at 1:30 I love jojos but don’t appreciate what happened we left Jojos what happened you guys are usually on top of things and have amazing customer service I was disappointed and left with no shaved snow smh

We had really disappointing customer service here, or lack there of on September 8, 2024. The hours sign on the window says they open everyday at noon. At 12:30 my family and I showed up and it was closed. We called and were told that they opened at 1. We waited in our car until one and waited outside the door for 10 minutes after 1. while we were standing there the employee did not acknowledge us at all. She then put up a sign right in front of us that said “will return at 1:30”. Again no acknowledgement that we were standing there. We would have been understanding if she had said something to us but she didn’t even look at us even when we were face to face. It was very odd. We really enjoy Jojos but that was such a weird experience we likely will not go back again because of their unreliability. Their hours sign needs to be updated or their employees need to be retrained because that was a very off putting experience.

I'm given a 1 because of price. It was $11.65 for 3/4 of cup of yogurt with 3 gummy worms, 3 gummy sharks, 1 gummy frog, and a little spoon of strawberry poppers. (Cup was smallest one out).That price is so ridiculous I was shocked when she told me. Never again will I go there. First and last time. I'm still so shocked over price. Wow

This was such a bad experience for my best friend and myself. My frozen yogurt turned to cold soup really quick. I'm from LA and I love going for frozen yogurt frequently, but I have never had an experience like this one! ? when I explained it to the girl, she replied "I will let my manager know" and just walked away. NEVER AGAIN! Not here anyway.
Have been to this location multiple times.Have never had a bad experience except the occasional flavor being out of service. Which is gonna happen from time to time.They also have toys available for the kiddos to play with.

I was really excited to see a yogurt place close to my home as I just moved into the area. After going to Menchies across town, I was disappointed by this establishment. I gave it another try today but it's just not the same. Very limited flavors available and half of the machines were broken or not working properly. To top it off, we weren't allowed to try any of the flavors.
