Have been to this location multiple times.Have never had a bad experience except the occasional flavor being out of service. Which is gonna happen from time to time.They also have toys available for the kiddos to play with.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They have toys for the kiddos to play with while the parents finish up.

Looking for something sweet after having dinner yesterday I stopped in around 5:30pm. There was a sign on the front door that said there were many flavors that weren't available but as a first time customer this didn't bother me much. Probably because I wouldn't know the flavors anyways! They had Cookies & Creme so you really can't go wrong there, i added some fruity pebbles and chocolate syrup to my bowl and cashed out at $7. I didnt think that was bad at all! My only thought was it could have definitely been thicker, but then again it has been awhile since I had frozen yogurt! The lady that rang me out was very polite and the interaction was welcoming. Oh and there was people playing a big version of Connect Four which I thought was really cool! Thanks for a quick dessert on the way home!

When we walked in there were 2 girls leaning against the counter. As I walked in I asked for a couple sample cups and they didn't have any. When I got my cup none of the machines worked. One of the girls came from behind the counter and pushed some buttons. After her fixing the machines the yogurt was extremely watery. But the yogurt was okay. I also got some cheesecake bites and almonds. The cheesecake bites were good, but the almonds tasted stale and rancid. I sprinkled almonds on top so I tasted that in every bite.

closed 40 minutes before it's actual closing time drove 10 miles here SMH. Very bad costomer service. wasnt even able to try it. This location sucks

I was really excited to see a yogurt place close to my home as I just moved into the area. After going to Menchies across town, I was disappointed by this establishment. I gave it another try today but it's just not the same. Very limited flavors available and half of the machines were broken or not working properly. To top it off, we weren't allowed to try any of the flavors.

Drove 6 miles just to get yogurt at Jojo's. not empressed. Not much variety to select from. All the flavors were running. yogurts were too sweet. Both customers bathrooms were out of order. The employees did not have compassion to allow my 3 year old to use their employee bathroom. Y have an establishment when your customers who spends money in your store cannot use the bathrooms. This will be my first and last visit. Dont go. Location is on Fowler and Ashlan in Fresno, CA.

13USD for the liquid-iest frozen yogurt I've gotten in fresno. I was looking for marshmallow fluff and whipped cream and was sorely disappointed. The one flavor that was appetizing, the cold brew coffee wasn't even frozen yet and the flavors I did get were barely "frozen".This was my end of week treat and I am just so disappointed in Jojo.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while! Ever since I noticed it was here! Great experience! Greeted after entering. They have tons of tasty toppings and frozen yogurts. I picked white chocolate mousse dolce De leche and topped it with cake batter frozen yogurt. Yum! Topped with Oreo, cake batter dough and Reeses. Split! My half was absolutely delicious! Sweet & tasty!Mother really liked her half too!Great service and Great frozen yogurts with Great toppings! Highly recommended!

The owner is very rude and does not answer questions they will just ignore you. MICKEYS YOGURT IS BETTER in all aspects do better Jojo’s moldy machines?? The service is disgusting horrible owners. Would give zero stars if I could
