Purchased a 8pc bucket and they only gave us 6pc. Two of the pieces we did get were undercooked. Cant blame it on being busy because there wasnt anyone at the location. Waste of time!

I just took my elderly neighbor in to our neighborhood KFC and got outstanding service from the young man working the counter (7/22/24, 5:00 p.m., Fowler and Ashlan location). He was so courteous and accomodating; I especially appreciated his providing an extra cup so I could enjoy a refreshing ice water on this 107 degree day!! ?

Was going to go through the drive-thru to get chicken and famous bowls but instead got nothing but attitude and rushed by the woman working behind the drive-thru do not go to this KFC worst one we have in town
They need someone in the lobby area to maintain the tables and the floors.

Went here around 845 pm and ordered the 10 piece family meal with 5 biscuits.. got all the way home and noticed they only gave me 8 pieces of chicken and 4 biscuits. Then they didn't answer the phone when I was trying to call. When I returned they were out of chicken since they were closing soon and it was only 925! Instead if telling me there low on chicken in the first place, they decide to short my meal hoping I wouldn't notice or something. They then offered me chicken straps to replace the chicken and they must have been sitting out for a while because they were hard. And the manager heard me complaining and kept doing what she was doing in the back like I wasn't there. Bad service all the way around here.. would give a zero of I could.
