Honestly they don't deserve 1 star, I'm just hoping management sees this and fixes the bathrooms. Toilet paper on top of the tank? Broken/wonky door latches? C'mon I know y'all bring in enough money to put in a few screws. Could improve the ventilation too. I always feel so dirty and uncomfortable and these are super cheap/easy fixes

This place was great. It was the first time that I had come here. Loved the atmosphere. It was packed, so I knew this was a great spot. Whenever I drive by, there are always people going in.The drinks were great, and the chocolate chip cookie was heavenly. The fact that it is a faith-based business as well is a huge plus.

Really good coffee and food, but I have trouble getting around in my wheelchair dou to the size of the building. they have really good service. the baristas are really kind and friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Sense this is the only negative thing. If they add a walk up window that would help a lot . In my opinion as a person who is disabled.

I used to only like Starbucks when I would go out and get coffee, but now I can only go here because they just make it right. I can't have anything else because this place has just the most amazing coffee and snack and breakfast

Visited Kuppa Joy during a recent work trip to Fresno. I didn't notice a parking lot, but was easily able to find street parking. This place is busy! And rightly so! There were a ton of both indoor and outdoor seating but I'd make sure to come early if you want to sit indoors. The staff were super friendly and took the time to have a short conversation with me. I got an avocado toast and a hot Amazing Grace (white chocolate and lavender flavored latte). The avocado toast was pretty average and the avocado was fresh. The drink though was chef's kiss! It wasn't too sweet and I could still taste the lavender flavor. Just a caveat that they seem to be a religious based coffee shop as seen by the name of the drinks. I don't think it's super in your face though. I plan to visit again when I'm in the area and have a bit of time. Definitely worth trying.

I had tried the cinnamon sugar toast at the fresno high location and it was amazing! Came to old town clovis and it is completely different and has barely anything on it. I am so disappointed and inconsistencies between locations is very upsetting. The photo is of the clovis location unfortunately i do not have one of the fresno.
