Amazing service, friendly staff, and delicious snacks. They have the best ice cream in town!!!! Will most definitely be coming back.

DO NOT GO IN. Don't support this place. Let it shut down like all bad businesses. You would think it would be joyfull to get ice cream, but on multiple occassions the lady is beyond RUDE. She let me know she doesnt need our business. When I walked out I was saying that I will not return, and a customer coming out of La Michoacana said she agrees. She mentioned that the lady threw the ice cream cup at her, so she asked why she threw it and the front lady didnt even care. I'm done. I've seen businesses come and go in this location, so i'm ready for one that cares about their customers.

Worst customer service as others have pointed out. Must be same middle aged lady with glasses. Immediately was upset because I ordered a large ice cream vs individual scoops for my kids as it is more cost efficient, she attempted to overcharge me on a separate item I ordered for myself and got further upset when I questioned her about it. She then proceeded to let me know she would be charging me for the 2 extra empty cups she had already given me. I ended up returning my item as she was adamant she would not charge me what was advertised on the menu and when I attempted to return the empty cups she did not want to accept them. Mind you I spoke Spanish to her the whole time and was being friendly and courteous. She was extremely unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was happy when I heard a store had opened in Clovis as I love supporting my own, but unfortunately they lack common courtesy, customer service and ethics. Go to the one on blackstone instead!

Wanted a mix of two flavors, was told “You’re not allowed to get two half scoops. If you want two flavors, you have to buy two cups.” What a ridiculous policy. Will not be going here ever again.

A woman who works there looked super angry. Sucks when you work hard to take your kids somewhere nice and enjoy yourself and then a bad attitude can ruin it. Won’t go again.
The customer service was lacking. Orders were being taken in a very unorganized manner. We waited in line for a while and people who had come in after were helped before us. Once I politely said something the staff gave a very rude look and acted as if we hadn’t been waiting for service the whole time we were there. The ice cream is good and there’s a variety of flavors to choose from. However, our service will now go elsewhere after our poor experience at this location. Perhaps the business would benefit from having a more structured line formation for ordering, greeting customers politely, and showing better mannerisms in general.

Transplant from L.A. and if there’s anything I miss from there, it’s the abundant food options especially the “anotojito” shops like La Michoacana.
Okay now let me review the treats. We went with the scoop of ice cream with churros. Selected abuelita chocolate ice cream. It was true to the abuelita flavor and oh so good! The churros were yummy a smaller version of the now extinct Costco churro but just as good. For just under $8, it’s a pretty good deal because it was the perfect amount to share for two of us (just having had dinner).
And I don’t have to drive to the hood for it?!?!? Yasss!!!! Big come-up for Clovis culturally and culinarily. 💙😋
