Food was pretty good and hush puppies were excellent when I visited In person. I then made an online order to pick up and the food was cold. Waffle fries were stale and the hush puppies were soggy. Tale of two different experiences.
I'm a Long John silver's enthusiast and this is one of the nicest ones I've been to as far as customer service and quality and freshness and I would ring the bell twice and give it a 10 out of 10.
If people are coming into the restaurant to order and eat, then the air conditioner should be on when it's hot summer. I asked why the air wasn't on, and she said she got in trouble when she asked if they could turn it on. That's so wrong, and the employees should be able to work comfortable.
