Props to the Marcos crew that worked tonight on Halloween, especially the gentleman that was working the register. It was crazy busy and he kept his cool and provided great customer service!!! And to the girl who was boxing the pizzas and pushing the orders out, major props to you too!!!

Daryian is absolutely AMAZING! She was working ALL by herself and KILLIN IT! My classmates and I over at National Holistic Institute decided it was pizza day! We love Marco's! Thanks for the amazing food and service. We are always coming back. :)

Very rude employees and a store manager with no customer service skills. They seem to make up their own rules here at this store. I would advise to take your business elsewhere to a place that actually cares about their customers.

It was great... the first time. So naturally I wanted to go there again to try a different Pizza. I'm used to DeMarcos in Newhall California but that's kind of far away to drive for Pizza lol. I eat there whenever I visit my mother. On my last trip to Marcos I was waiting for my pizza when a girl went to start making the pizzas without washing her hands. That was unsanitary but I wasn't going to complain. I didn't say anything but it bugged me that she didn't wash her hands because she was called to make my pizza. However, when she picked her nose and wiped it on her shirt and began to make my pizza I called it quits.... never again. I came home and opened up my trash can... and tossed in those $44 (which included $8 for my tip). It was so disgusting there was no other choice. I am NEVER going back because of her choice but I am glad I seen it...

After speaking to one of the employees about the 10.99 pizza special since I could not get their app to download he said he would give us the deal. The next day I ordered it told them on the phone about our conversation but when I got there of course they did not give me the deal. The pizza wasn't even worth 10.99. it was the Margarhita pizza. It tasted like frozen pizza. This pizza normally goes for 26.99 and it's not that big I will never go there again. I don't normally post bad reviews but since I went through the effort of talking to them and getting the discount and getting there I figured I should post it. Don't waste your money. They weren't even nice about not giving the discount.

Brought the Pizza home for a party! It was delicious! Not as greasy as I thought it would be. The varieties had a good amount of toppings.
Decent pizza. Opening time is deceiving…doesn’t mean they’re ready to start cooking, so really add another 30 minutes after opening time.

customer service is truly the worst here.old man (worker) yelled at me telling me how i was wrong about counting money. talked to manager and he was in fact wrong. no one apologized or even tried to make the situation correct. never coming here again.

Ordered carryout, customer service was really good, and they were exact on their timing. I'm not sure if there's an app, but ordered on the website and that was okay, they have some coupons on there as well.The pizza was really good, sauce, cheese, thickness, toppings, everything was good. The cheese bread as well was good. Definitely glad I tried this, will come back.
