Extremely frustrating going to a McDonald’s that says open on google and the McDonald’s app, lets you place the order just for them to come out and say they are closed. Here is a cool idea: when you are closed, say that on your app, or at least don’t allow orders to go through. Or even better, instead of scamming customers by not allowing orders to be canceled, don’t allow the order to go through. It's wild how a billion-dollar company doesn’t have it together. 🤦🏾♂️

Been coming here for more then 5 years now and this mcdonalds is going down hill fast. Every time & I mean every time I come here either I'm parking for 1 item or there machine is down or kiosk are not working. Never can actually park either because line is so long your either not able to park or if you park your stuck for over 20 min to get out. Food is is a hit & miss it can be nice & warm or just cold. So always double check before leaving. Don't even try calling because no one will answer. Even now finally get my food & no damn bbq sauce. Why ask for what kind of sauce if your not going to place in my bag. Eating fries with no salt which I didn't ask for that way. Nuggets taste like sitting to long. Even inside its filthy. Sticky everywhere & wet floors. Like for real change the whole crew here. I've worked at McDonald's & know some issues it can have but failing in every aspect is a big red flag.
Parking: Can never park line is too long to park or your stuck for over 20 mins.

We have typically had great service at this location. However lately, nearly every time we have been there, we have had to park in a stall to wait. Even if there are very few customers. Last night, I was given my food, but told they were waiting for fresh coffee and asked to park in a stall to wait. It was a simple coffee, and I ended up waiting 40 minutes. The first guy who had been ushering orders out to cars went on his break, and I was still waiting when he finished his break. Finally the second guy noticed how long I had been there and brought the receipt to make sure he had the right order and made sure to get it when he next went in (he was great, very nice, very apologetic. And it wasn't his fault). The fries, also didn't taste right. We've all had fries that got cold and stale on the way home before we got to them. But these seemed older than that too.
I was pretty disappointed this time.

I am not usually one to complain about food service, because I know it's a tough job, but this is the worst McDonald's location I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. Whether we order takeout, dine in, drive thru, or online, something is ALWAYS wrong with our order. It always takes longer than it's supposed to at a FAST FOOD place, the food is usually cold and assembled carelessly. We frequently have items missing or duplicated. Even when it's not peak hours, even when the store is totally dead, it will take upwards of 20 minutes for our order. They will also pretend that menu items don't exist when we've definitely ordered them before, and they'll refuse to comp you when they make stupid mistakes. Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald's on Shaw and Clovis, because this location is obviously understaffed by a bunch of clueless teenagers.

Update (Feb 2025) I waited almost 30minutes for 1 Happy meal. Thats all i ordered too!! I watched every mobile order leave with large bags while i waited. Finally had enough of waiting and as I got out of the car I run into the employee with my order. He was very apologetic. I give it 0 stars if i could, but the star the employee deserves all of it, and 0 for mcd.
Updated: from 2 star to 5. They are much better now. Busy hours and they still try to get you through quickly without parking you.
Should be one star because they parked everyone. But they get two stars because the asian dude gave me like 6 picante sauce for my one McChicken🤷♂️

I ordered food through the McDonald’s app and we received our order with the bag sealed as it should be. Upon opening the bag we discovered we were missing a sandwich. McDonald’s did not fill the order correctly and after calling the restaurant I was told to contact Uber Eats. How is this an Uber Eats issue. They picked up the correct order number and delivered it on time. McDonald’s refused to take responsibility of their mistake. They cry that they don’t make enough money yet they don’t care if they fill the orders correctly. McDonald’s sucks.
