I've had to wait for pick up at this place many times and for too long. No help inside either due to automated order screens. Additionally the last two visits I have ordered no cheese, no cheese is on the receipt, and they still put cheese. I can't eat it and if I don't check before I leave I'm screwed. One trip they gave it to me two times with cheese. It took a third item to get it right. I understand they are busy but some requests are for important reasons! On a different note the employees are always pleasant and helpful.

Menu prices are not accurate. I drove to this mcdonalds because billboards driving up to it show $7 for a homestyle breakfast with pancakes. When I arrived, the menu showed $6.89 for that same meal and inside showed $7. When I actually ordered, I was told it was 7.29 plus tax. Not a huge difference but they should definitely honor the price on their menu or the price they're advertising or change their menu and the billboards on clovis ave.

Ordered Uber Eats for my daughter in law because she's sick. They forgot her burger. 2 Happy Meals and a burger... and NO BURGER. Very disappointed.

Best service I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. (: both front counter and the drive thru were on point! Even put napkins in my bag both times, which now a days restaurants tend not to do. Also the workers were polite and not a spec of attitude at all which I greatly appreciated from them. (: love you guys and may the Lord our God bless you staff. A+

Good food quick polite service this time pleasant experience this time. But a manager on the night shift I've dealt with in the past whoa buddy she's mean!!! nOT good service on her days!!! I wish I had a name for you, I'll try to find out an update Her shift had messed up my order and had added onions to my Big Mac when I ask for none by the time I noticed I was already almost home so I called in and asked if my whole order could be replaced on a later date. The girl on the phone told me no because the only thing that was messed up was my Big Mac, but she was having an attitude I asked to speak to a manager and just my luck she said I am the manager not very proper service on this young manager's part she needs more training. Nothing a few write ups can't correct. I wish that young lady well in her career

Sat in drive thru to order a sundae. Ice cream machine broken. Now I'm spending 15 minutes of my night waiting to drive out of the drive thru with nothing. Use a sign! Waste your customers time, I won't be coming back.

Worst place ever the staff Is practically confused on how to do things. I watched a lady spill spill items and ice cream all over the floor a couple times I was in there for practically 30 minutes picking up for a mobile order. Had to cancel the order twice because they wouldn't give it to me. Had to pay three times for one order. Worst experience ever.

This is so sad since when did it become more about drive times then the customer experience or having a quick convo while we are waiting for our food … you park me and everyone else every time and half the time there is no more numbers to park at … so disappointing…
