First I placed my order which was a fairly large order. However, I offered to park in #2 and wait which I did. Then a crew member came out to my car digging through my bags of food confused and he didn't know if it was my order or not. I then asked him to go back in and ask to make sure because he only had two bags for my large order for 6 adults. However, INSTEAD of going back in and ask her walks over to every other car waiting and then comes back to me. I look in the two bags to make sure I had everything and I told him that I ordered 4 large ordersv which meant I should have 4 large fries. So then he goes back into the store finally and he comes out with another receipt which I had already shown him mine and he said no you had 2 small fries. I then said well the DT cashier must've not put it in right. So I asked to speak to a manager. The Manager comes out with already frowning and said that I couldn't upsize the fries on those two meals only the drink. I said well shouldn't of your cashier told me that he said yeah but we can't upsize it's policy. So then he hands me a bag with the two small fries and all of my fries are cold by then. Then to add insult to injury I get home and I had NO SAUCE that I was specifically asked what kind I wanted for my 4 orders of chicken nuggets. So I AM BEYOND disgusted with the service I received tonight. I spent over $50 and all I wanted was my order right. Then I tried to call to speak to a manager and someone answers the phone saying my full name. I ask to speak to a manager and was rudely hung up on. Then I tried to call back several times and CONVENIENTLY now the phone is busy. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN at ANY McDonalds I have been through!! I don't know WHO is the manager but you SHOULD PROMOTE THAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE GIVEN TO EVERY PAYING CUSTOMER!! ESPECIALLY IN A SMALL CITY LIKE CLOVIS!! WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO LISTEN-APPOLOGIZE-FIX IT& FOLLOW UP? If more companies used the LAFF system with customer complaints instead of being RUDE/DEMENING/ & UNEMPATHETIC maybe you would make more money in your restaurants!! I don't think I was asking MUCH

I did it. I found the worst McDonald’s in Fresno/Clovis. Everyone parks in the curbside pick ups and walks in, thus the staff has to go one by one to each vehicle to find the right one. I ordered via the app at 9:20. The ticket on the bag said 9:24. I got my food at 9:44 but waited longer for my coffee. I could have taken someone else’s order at 9:38 but I’m not that guy. Obviously the food was cold and unenjoyable but spending 30 minutes waiting for cold hash browns in Fresno while watching a full drive thru in a city with the worst air quality really put things in perspective for me. I’m gonna stop eating fast food and help my kids get out of Fresno. Thanks McDonald’s.

Food was burnt. Manager said to keep the food until I come in for a replacement. I said keep the food for a week? She said," yes you have to". This manager was the worst, the only thing just as bad was the service. They make everyone wait in the stalls so it looks like they are keeping everyone moving . I remember when you were first to the window and your food was first. Avoid this place .

Every time I want McDonald's. I live .03 miles from the Clovis peach/Shaw one. The food sucks. Disappointed. I use to love McDonald's not no more, but when I want something fast. We always go to McDonald's but I will now just go to Taco

Special order perfect. Took 4-5 minutes for extra crispy fries, but they were hot and crispy!!!!
Terrible food, I ordered a coffee and they practically served me only water, it doesn't taste like anything, when I tried to place the order it was almost all sold out

Food is what you to expect at a McDonald’s. You always wait if it’s never a good quality and it is always got something wrong with the order this time as soon of a spot and we had to wait for the appointment to come out to us because once again been parked on a drive-through order.

Ordered 3 big breakfast w/ hot cakes and McMuffins - All 3 orders were missing the hotcakes and a few missing the sausage. Also the entire order was cold. When I asked the person who brought out my order if I could have some syrup from on top of her tray, she assured me that there was some in the bag - there was not. When I entered to get syrup the workers and store was very chaotic. This used to be a good place but it’s only gone downhill.

Please clean the soda machine, everytime I get a soda from this location you can literally taste ? the mold like they don’t clean the machine. If you work here and drink the soda. You might want to get your health checked lol
