I’ve seen some of the reviews, but I have to disagree. It’s always comfortably cool inside especially during the summer! The managers always ask if we need something. Station is always clean. The play place is spacious! My daughter loves it here! It’s my fave McDonald’s play place to go to!

I brought my daughter there for her first ever job interview and so I decided to order some food while I waited for her in the car!! The crew member that brought out my food was very sweet and I was delivered my food quickly after I ordered it online!

That girl Alexa tried to question me about saying i didnt get my free quarter pounder from making an McDonalds account you had to spend $1 to get it for free so i bought a 6 piece chicken nuggets. My boyfriend did the same but got a sprite but he got his quarter pounder but i didnt and i waited nobody came outside. I went inside and that girl alexa tried to say she already gave me my burger which she didnt and she started to argue with her coworker being disrespectful to her. How are you going to be rude to customers and then to your coworker. I understand people have bad days if thats the case you should be there point blank period. I wanted to say thank you to the older lady for defending me and helping me get my burger.

I ordered on a Wednesday night around 11pm a door dash order, the total was $50. Upon its arrival I discovered the two triple cheese I purchased were so burnt that when I bit into them I heard and felt a crunch, it was not a typical patty, it had become a solid. They also had no mustard, ketchup, onions, or pickles. I then proceeded to check my spicy mccrispy, I ordered it with an additional filet, extra spicy sauce, and added American cheese. There was no cheese, and it appeared that the assembler managed to put the smallest amount of spicy pepper sauce as was physically possible. Lastly my double quarter pounder was soaked with grease and the bun had become a soggy sponge filled with it. It had no pickles either.
I called the location, but feeling uncertain if action would be taken I pulled up myself at the drive thru and went too the window, the manager Jordon promised me my order would be remade and given for free tomorrow and I returned to him my old food.
I came back the following day, and his promise was fulfilled, this is the reason for the first star of my review, so props to Jordan. However, once my remade order was given, I opened each sandwich and discovered there was additional problems. First, I was given no mccrispy, but two double quarters instead. Second one of my triple cheese was missing a patty, third, when I received my mccrispy it had no spicy pepper sauce. Thankfully, the kind gentleman at the counter by the name of Jaden fixed my order politely and apologized for the mistake. For that this review gets another star.
5 stars for Jordan, 5 stars for Jaden, 0 stars for cooks and assemblers.

20 mins for curbside had biscuits and gravy no spoon no fork no salt pepper hashbrowb no set-up On app no place to request the person bringing it out should carry thes things in a pocket in their apron
