Something’s up with the soda machine — I was given what tasted like a regular coke after I ordered a diet, went back, got a replacement, and that one still tasted weird. Kind of like there was a mixture of all of the syrups in it. I think maybe they have switched to one of those single spout machines. I may have to go out of my way from now on if all I want is a crispy Diet Coke. All of that aside, Christina was really kind and helpful and on top of dealing with problems, it seemed like there were a few when I was there during a rush.
It took forever and it wassnt even busy and they kept messing up on my order so I just got a refund and left

I want to start by saying that the QPC since they changed their cooking method has been spectacular and a fairly consistent offering making McDonald's a destination more recently than a alternative. I understand mistakes happens and have gotten my share of pickles when ordering none. However there's a difference between a mistake and a spiteful assault on my dinner due to ordering a slightly modified burger and I would say that would be 3 pickles. 5 pickles is an obvious middle finger to me the customer, for no understandable reason. So now I will avoid this location for any future visits.

This McDonald location doesn’t even deserve one star!!! The drive-through staff are nothing but spoiled little punks . The lack of customer service respect and worth ethics is gone!!! The entitlement of this generation is beyond ridiculous!
These young kids want to get paid more , but not have to work for it!
When I asked to speak to a manager he wasn’t any better!
I’m requesting to speak to general manager tomorrow when she’s on shift . Fingers crossed 🤞🏼
