Here again and tried curbside this time. Its been TWENTY minutes since I checked in and I'm STILL here!! On top of that, they made the order wrong. This place sucks!!!They parked me for 13 minutes for a 10 piece nugget meal and we rude when they finally brought it out.

Absolute worst service. Waited over 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally received it, the food was cold And undercooked. Priority in service was only give to drive thru and NOT in-store customers. The employees did NOT have initiative and didn't even care about customer satisfaction. They were in the back chatting and didn't even acknowledge me when I asked about my order. I won't be visiting this location anytime soon. There needs to be a change in management and employees need to be retrained in providing good customer service.

Took 30 mins to get food. Once I got my food they had my order wrong.
McDonald's website lists this as a 24-hour location. However there is a sign on the door that says the lobby is open from 6:00 a.m. to ?. So I ended up driving 4 miles, got here a little after 6:00 a.m. and all the doors were locked. So, I would suggest that McDonald's update all of their website and in app information to clearly describe the hours as being 24-hour drive-thru only; dine-in is not 24 hours.
