Got here before closing and had some cars in front of me. Waited 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me and asked if anyone was there. No answer. I thought maybe their mic stopped working, so I go up to the first window and someone sees me a couple times and just smiles at me. Wait another 5-10 minutes and no one comes to me. As I'm waiting I see that they close at 11, and finally it's around 11:10 pm when I check the time.
They didn't even have the decency to let me or the others behind me know that they're stopping orders and closing up. I drove all the way to this location. I'm done with McDonald's. This one and another one always have such terrible workers they hired. They don't deserve the pay raise CA passed. They all need to be fired.

Haven't been to McDonald's in a long time. I was shocked to open my very fresh filet-o-fish sandwich, which resembles a tiny kids' meal size with a ¼ of a piece of cheese!! My husband ordered a quarter pounder, if it was a truly a ¼ lb, I'd eat the box! Really McDonald's! And much bigger $$ 😥 Sad times!

I stood at the register for at least 15 minutes before anyone even got close for me to ask for something. An employee went on break and came back in the time I was waiting. Pretty horrible. I can see how this place ruins people's days.

You have to order on a kiosk. Myself and other customers stood in the lobby after placing our order. And no one came to ask us did we need help or anything.

Just waited 35 minutes for a sausage McMuffin. The staff punished me for walking in when I accidentally selected drive thru on my app. Late to a meeting and in a bad mood. I will never be back to this McDonald’s, I will simply drive down the road to the better ran one on Herndon and Clovis.
McDonald's is McDonald's, but ordering McDonald's on door dash is super fast and still affordable.

I live a good distance away from this McDonald's. I actually have liked this location. it does have a park and rest area out here. I have been lucky that the customer service has been in the past but lately this year I've notice a big change. I have bought burgers and fries also at times. But I feel like I got scammed though. there small hamburgers that are usually about a $1 maybe $2 a lady employee was charging up to 4 bucks for a small hamburger. I had bought two items and it was over 9 dollars!! over a year ago 2 or 3 items used to be under 6 dollars. 2 of my friends say they won't come here anymore because the cost keep changing on them every time they order at McDonald's. I just feel scammed the cost here have gone too high. Combo meals are very expensive now. But food portions stayed the same since 10 years ago. Their dollar menu I think is past times. I remember a small cheeseburger cost $1.29 on dollar menu so I thought that in 1 years time that was going to climb and sure enough it did months later. Some days when I've been out here this McDonald's was very packed and drive through pack and the next time I visited the gas station near here the McDonald's was very little people there. It's just getting expensive for snack foods in California. One of the ladies. that new here she makes up her own prices. A lady that worked at a convenient store told me that she felt robbed every time she went to a McDonald's in Clovis.
