On 6/4/25 around 9:40 PM, we called four times. On the fourth call, someone answered and placed us on hold—then never came back until closing. If you weren’t taking more orders, it would’ve been better to just say so instead of leaving us on hold.

Went in wanting to get the salad bar and a pizza. After ordering I went to the salad bar and was completely shocked at how filthy and not replenished it was. I considered getting a refund but I was terribly hungry so I informed one of the employee's that it needed to be tended to. I waited about 15 min and it looked like the only thing she did was refill the romaine lettuce . Didn't wipe off anything, didn't clean anything and left it like it was. I was hungry so I got what I could. Glad I did because about 45 people came in and it took about 40 min for our dine in pizza to arrive at our table. Long story short I have been sick with stomach pains and diarrhea for the past 2 days. I was fine that morning and the only thing I ate that day was this restaurant. The cleanliness in this location is terrible. The pizza is still good but I would not even step foot near that bacteria infested salad bar. In fact that needs to be removed due to health concerns. Whomever the manager is they need to get on it with the later evening crew and if they can't handle the rush, then it's time for some new staff.

So I went and ordered 2 pizzas to dine in and the associate let me know that the beer taps were not working. I ended up ordering a soda, but noticed the guy on the side of me was placing his order and was offered the beer tap card. I didn't press the issue on how he was able to purchase the beer tap card yet told it wasn't working. When I got my pizzas I didn't receive a pizza serving cutter. My chicken garlic pizza kind of tasted like dirt and I tried the pepperoni pizza and it had a strong taste of a spaghetti pasta. I also did not receive an additional pizza tray for the chicken garlic. Usually this place is good but today 01 May 25 was disappointing.

This Location has been reliable and usually very good pizza. The last few pizzas we've ordered to go have not been as crisp and have less mozzarella cheese more cheddar type. Not nearly as good. Keep trying.

I got the special two medium pizza’s for $20.00. Great value! Great price. Highly recommend.

Horrible service at Med n Ed’s. I waited a ridiculous 30 minutes for a simple personal pizza, which is unacceptable. To make things worse, I asked for ranch (and was totally willing to pay for it), but the employee just ignored me like I wasn’t even there. No acknowledgment, no explanation—just flat-out ignored. The staff clearly doesn’t care about customers, and the long wait time made the experience even worse. If you like being frustrated and ignored while waiting forever for your food, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid it.

What's the point of having beer on tap and TVs everywhere if you can't play the volume on the TVs, specifically during football games.
Wings are ok, naked you dip your sauce?!! Charge for Ranch?? the bad rate is for the beer auto tap, clean glasses taste like soap! I guess it’s better than dirty cups!! Stick to Pizza!!

I am so grateful for this Me n Eds location. My order is fairly basic - a large thick crust pepperoni. Ranch. Jalapeños. Sometimes a cheese garlic bread. But the quality & taste are both fairly consistent. Whether I am picking up or having delivered, the timeframe is solid and, again, consistent. Not too much more to say - it’s pizza, for crying out loud. And good pizza is good pizza.

Such terrible service I ordered three pizzas from here and all the pizzas were completely burnt, and they refused to give us exchange or refund us any of our money. I’m deeply saddened of how this place operates And its priorities. I hope they resolve this issue

Employees are helpful and polite. Food is excellent (of course). I've never had a long wait time at this particular Me-n-Ed's location. Even the phone wait times have never been long.
