I called in an order for two calzones for pick up. When my husband got there to pick up our order and they had given it away to someone else! He then had to wait for them to make them again!! Not happy.
They didn't even offer him a drink while he waited!! We've been going there for years. I guess we're going to try the customer service at Shaw and Leonard.

Vegetarian options: I'm an omnivore, but the vegetarian Valley Veggie pizza is my favorite! Great variety of veggies on the pizza, beautifully crisp crust, and the white sauce is perfect.
Kid-friendliness: Great family place. Casual, and a couple of arcade-style games to challenge each other old-school style. Lol
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible parking, and lots of seating choices.
$100.00 worth of pizza left on the ground, didn't ring the doorbell while we waited on the other side of the door. By the way there was a chunk or two of pineapple in each pizza, that wasn't suppose to have pineapple.

Great place that we only get to every 3-4 years while traveling. I have searched all over for a veggie pizza (not valley veggie) That is as good and have yet to find one that even comes halfway close. An ice cold beer when it is 109 degrees outside tops this off perfectly. It is very loud inside and it was very difficult to hear the waiter at the counter . This caused them to make the wrong pizza, but they easily took it back and corrected the problem. Look forward to next time!
