Ordered in advanced came in and they said they didnt have my order on file when i called 30 mins ahead of time… came in and order wasnt even taken… i told them thats fine ive spent over $3000 on this location in less then half a year… just lost a good paying customer i believe Xavier took my order… btw i still bought two large pizzas and waited

Usually pretty good service. But on “Pi day” employees had ridiculous attitudes. Ordered a pizza at 7:45pm and was told to wait 20 mins, fine. Went in and was told to wait in the ordering line because too many pick up orders were coming through. 8:20 and still waiting. Theyare clearly frustrated people coming up to the counter to pick up their order. Should’ve staff more employees for this day.
