The staff wouldn’t even look at me when placing my order. Horrible customer experience. This is for both the skinny Asian guy and the girl working on Sunday JUNE 1st!!! I have been coming here for years and the employees are usually nice and I always leave a tip but wow they are rude over here! The owner should get rid of these rude employees!!!

( PICTURE PROVIDED IS THE DAY AFTER I USED IT AT HOME) I’ve lived in the area for about 4yrs now and never walked into this Me & Ed’s untill this past Saturday (02-22-2025) around 7:00pm-8:00pm , Now I bought a wooden Indian looking pipe from the smoke shop a few doors down and they didn’t give me a bag for it so I took it with me into Me & Ed’s mind you I just bought it wasn’t used at all , So we order and everything is fine until I make it to the soda machine and out pops this disrespectful employee asking “What is that” instead of being professional , so I told him it’s a wooden pipe I just bought from a couple doors down , I honestly feel that this Me & Ed’s and its employees are RACIST , the way we were treated was pretty ridiculous, So he ask that I put in a bag so nobody can see it but I just wrapped it up in a sweater because he didn’t want to give me a bag to put it in and the entire time we were sitting employees continued to walk in the back where we sat , I’ve never seen that many employees just take a stroll to the back at other Me & Ed’s , but my group and I will definitely not support this Me & Ed’s ever again.

I’ve come here 3 times. Once for dine in and twice for takeout. The food has never been the issue at all. It’s more the staff, it’s funny because both times I’ve gotten the same person now. Last time and this time when picking up my food I was shown a screen for tipping, if I dine in I usually always tip but not when picking up. Sometimes when it’s a $1 or 2 on the automated options I’ll tip but the options are 15% to start and 15% just to pick up is hilarious. This is the only meneds I’ve been to with a screen for tipping, usually it’s a small device that gives you the option to tip and then lets you put in the number if you want to. When picking up from meneds I’ll give them a tip if they offer me plates cheese and peppers which they never seem to do. So what am I tipping for exactly? You’re not going above and beyond for me so I’m not going to tip.

I found two hairs on my pizza, we called and spoke to a girl, we asked to speak to the boss and he was too busy to talk. He wanted to remake the pizza, but why would I want a pizza from a place where I found TWO hairs!!! I was disgusted!!! 🤢

Be aware for an employee named Connor D. Dude has some serious attitude and no working energy what so ever. For him to speak to us at the cash register with a negative tone and ugliness is far beyond what I can stand. It’s no wonder why we order for delivery because running into people like ruin our vibes. Then he has the audacity to just chuck our wings on the plate, give a stare with no acknowledgement and walks to the back.

I've come to find that Me-N-Ed's pizza can vary in quality quite a bit from location to location. I think it's mainly due to cooking time. For me this location makes much better pizza than others and I prefer the slightly softer crust.

This was the second time we have received bad service here. First time wasn't as bad. We (13 of us!) got there at 5 on a Sunday. Placed our orders. Draught machine broken so no beer, salad bar with no lettuce and no utensils. Had to ask them to refill both. No Ken's ranch for salad bar... had to ask and was told they keep their ranch hidden, have to ask for it. Had to ask for the drink cups, had to reask for the pizza ranch. Took 30 minutes to get the gluten free pizza we ordered. Nobody working there looked they wanted to be there. No apologize for all the missing items. We were there for about an hour and not once did anyone come out to clean the dirty tables. By that time there was at least 4-6 people behind the counter just milling around and chatting. We will never go back there!!!!
Got the Indian pizza, and let me tell you it was bad the masala was so horrible, the pizza tasted like masala powder. I’m sorry 0/10 on that

Better than any me-n-Ed’s in the San Joaquin valley! Fresh ingredients, meaning… not canned mushrooms!! I would take a whole large pizza, dissect it, wrap it up, and bring it in an ice chest all the way back home to Fresno!
