Went here again after such a fantastic experience with the quality of the pizza being cooked to excellent quality......what happened this time it was so undercooked this is the problem with eating out it's always a gamble one day the restaurant is on point and the next day the quality is terrible No consistency

The way me and eda pizza is supposed to tastebto perfection Been to so many other me and eds and they don't cook it correctly or it's off with ingredients and the way it's supposed to be but this location is on point with the way it's supposed to be The atmosphere needs to be updated a little bit but that's and bathrooms need some TLC but that's the least of my worries as long as you keep the zaaa coming out to excellence

I ordered two pizzas today — one pepperoni and one half-and-half — and both had burnt bases. The entire crust on both was blackened and inedible. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for proper food, not something that tastes like charcoal.

Their pizza is alway fresh. The staff is super Awsome from the times I have been there. So far always a good pizza experience.
The staff wouldn’t even look at me when placing my order. Horrible customer experience. This is for both the skinny Asian guy and the girl working on Sunday JUNE 1st!!! I have been coming here for years and the employees are usually nice and I always leave a tip but wow they are rude over here! The owner should get rid of these rude employees!!!

( PICTURE PROVIDED IS THE DAY AFTER I USED IT AT HOME) I’ve lived in the area for about 4yrs now and never walked into this Me & Ed’s untill this past Saturday (02-22-2025) around 7:00pm-8:00pm , Now I bought a wooden Indian looking pipe from the smoke shop a few doors down and they didn’t give me a bag for it so I took it with me into Me & Ed’s mind you I just bought it wasn’t used at all , So we order and everything is fine until I make it to the soda machine and out pops this disrespectful employee asking “What is that” instead of being professional , so I told him it’s a wooden pipe I just bought from a couple doors down , I honestly feel that this Me & Ed’s and its employees are RACIST , the way we were treated was pretty ridiculous, So he ask that I put in a bag so nobody can see it but I just wrapped it up in a sweater because he didn’t want to give me a bag to put it in and the entire time we were sitting employees continued to walk in the back where we sat , I’ve never seen that many employees just take a stroll to the back at other Me & Ed’s , but my group and I will definitely not support this Me & Ed’s ever again.

I’ve come here 3 times. Once for dine in and twice for takeout. The food has never been the issue at all. It’s more the staff, it’s funny because both times I’ve gotten the same person now. Last time and this time when picking up my food I was shown a screen for tipping, if I dine in I usually always tip but not when picking up. Sometimes when it’s a $1 or 2 on the automated options I’ll tip but the options are 15% to start and 15% just to pick up is hilarious. This is the only meneds I’ve been to with a screen for tipping, usually it’s a small device that gives you the option to tip and then lets you put in the number if you want to. When picking up from meneds I’ll give them a tip if they offer me plates cheese and peppers which they never seem to do. So what am I tipping for exactly? You’re not going above and beyond for me so I’m not going to tip.

I found two hairs on my pizza, we called and spoke to a girl, we asked to speak to the boss and he was too busy to talk. He wanted to remake the pizza, but why would I want a pizza from a place where I found TWO hairs!!! I was disgusted!!! 🤢
