Where do i begin to start. I have had some pretty bad bbq around town but this hast to be the worst top five and if i could negative star i would! I went yesterday and picked up two brisket sandwiches potato salad and chilibeans with two cokes.. The sandwich might as well be called a boiled fat sandwich. Meat cut so thin with all the fat still on it not to mention the fat was not even rendered down. There was zero effort in making this brisket it totally needs to be taken off the menu. The beans hmm might as well be called bean paste do i need to say more... The potato salad was ok. All in all this meal was ineddible we threw it out. total waste of $35 . And no this is not my first experience with this place the customer service on the inside was horrible to say the least but that's a storry for another day!

The steak selection and quality was good
But the hot food side was awful. I got a chicken salad and my husband got a chicken sandwich. The chicken was so dry we couldn't even eat it. Super disappointed

Order 2 pull pork sandwiches and got 2 totally different one when I got home.. it was a late order so they were about to close. Wasn't going to drive back out . This wasn't the first time it happen.. I just wish the guys that are serving the sandwiches pay attention to what your putting in the bag for your customers. I'm sure you wouldn't want that to happen to you. Not only that weren't you supposed to be checking the receipt order and you guys only call 1 person at a time every 5 to 10 minutes so I don't understand how you would make a mistake. Will never be going there anymore.

I tried calling to place an order and it failed. I followed the site link to place an order so I could have some documentation on file, it failed. The sites I tried to place an order on all failed except for the one that only has one site available. The website now feels untrustworthy and I am not sure if this is a place of business. Very brick and mortar, with faulty links on webpages.

I visited the meat market this past Sunday, returning after a couple of years away. I ordered a whole tri-tip with large sides of potato salad, chili beans, and rice pilaf to take home. Unfortunately, the meal was disappointing. The tri-tip was rubbery, likely undercooked, with the fat not properly rendered. The chili beans resembled over-mashed leftovers, lacking freshness. The rice pilaf was dry, with some grains overcooked and crunchy. This experience reminded me why I hadn’t returned in years. It’s a shame, as other good spots are closed on weekends.

You can’t call ahead for food here you have to order in person either at the counter inside or the outdoor window. The tri-tip is excellent, and the sides are just as good. You’ve got two great options: walk into the market for fresh produce, groceries, and marinated meats to grill at home, or head to the outside window for hot meals ready to eat or take to go. There’s also a patio if you want to sit down and enjoy it right there. It was a little warm the day I went, so I grabbed my order to go and enjoyed a delicious meat market.

Made me happy to see this place was still open. I left California in 2016 and came back in 2025. This was the first place I went to eat, the ribeye sandwich was just as I remembered. Simple yet amazing.

Very poor customer service Where you buy tri-tip Sandwiches.(the outside window )The kid actually rolled his eyes at me after asking for a condiment that I had asked for prior was typed on the receipt. All he had to do is read the tag and he shorted me on 2 other condiments that I requested. I ordered three sandwiches and only received condiments for 2.. Why is it? Nobody seems to have any customer service or respect for customers after all without them they wouldn’t be needed. very disappointed
