Meltdown Bistro food truck

Visited here at lunch time on a Sunday. We ordered the birria grilled cheese, the sliders, the crinkle fries, and the raspberry sweet tea. We walked over to Ampersand while waiting, the total wait time was 25 minutes, so not bad. The birria grilled cheese was delicious, it was great that it was served with consome.
