There was a very unkind trainer there tonight around 6. My partner and I usually like this place and come here as a rare treat but tonight really threw us off. There was a women working the counter with darker hair, maybe 19ish who made unprovoked comments on my partners appearance. I can even understand if a customer is rude, but while we were getting our cups filled and had not spoken to her, we heard her telling the trainee some mean girl, bullying comments. I get not being all smiley at work but it really rubs me the wrong way she just decided to be that rude for absolutely no reason. It’s even worse to do that with a trainee (who handled it wonderful, she ignored it and tried to make space I think). We felt so bad for the trainee having worked in food ourselves. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but also this was super avoidable and should be addressed because why was she being a bully to a complete stranger who has done nothing to her?

Our favorite yogurt shop! Best selection of flavors an toppings. Atmosphere is fantastic. Indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is always friendly.

I visited here at the end of April 2024.
It was very close to where I was staying so I visited in the evening and it was bustling with families with children.
I chose 3 types of ice cream and 3 toppings. All the flavors were very delicious.
It was a style of ice cream shop that doesn't exist in Japan, so it was a fresh experience for me.

Love this place. Wife and I always come here when we get the cravings. Service is great and the taste and texture of the yogurt is similar to what yogurt lands is; not creamy like ice cream or other yogurt places. They do change flavors every week to freshen up your taste buds. Give it a shot!

I've been coming to Mickeys since they first opened their doors.They're literally right around the way from where I used to live.I hadn't been in quite some time up until just recently, and I was shocked beyond belief how much their prices have skyrocketed.I remember prices being around 35 cents for the longest.I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that their price per oz had nearly doubled. Their yogurt is very good, same for the toppings and wide selection of each, but over $30 dollars for frozen yogurt for just a few people is truly nuts.I was at Mickeys on a weekly basis for a while, and now I go maybe 2-3 times a year. I really look forward to the day when inflation dips back down and businesses stop taking advantage of longtime customers by gouging them.
