The drinks and service are mediocre at best. They gave my son the wrong drink, mixed up sweetness levels, and told me I only had two points despite many visits. They ignored my concerns about the points. Mintea has gotten too comfortable with its blind popularity—there are too many boba spots for this kind of smugness.

I ordered a Taro milk tea to go. Horrible quality boba milk tea. No taro flavor. Still could taste the powder texture. Might as well serve baby formulas drink.

First off, I stood for a good 5 minutes waiting for the cashier to come out. (They weren't busy, it was just me in the store) When I walked in absolutely no workers were in the front of the store. I didn't want to be rude so I waited patiently in hopes someone would come out soon. I tilt to the side, and the cashier was on her phone in the back pretending like she didn't see me. I understand chilling when you aren't busy, but you should at least be aware of your surroundings, especially when the door dings as you walk in. Then, when she came out it was like she was trying to seem nice but wasn't doing a very good job at it. I understand it's a Monday but you could atleast fake that you like your job. This is the first time I've ever felt so unwelcomed here. Even the guy that made my drink didn't even attempt to acknowledge my thank you nor did he even pretend to smile when before they used to. The customer service here definitely needs some work. I noticed the service has slowly been getting worse over time while prices have been raised for their drinks, which has also been tasting worse. I have a feeling I won't be back for a while.
