probably the worst food I’ve ever ate the the chicken was raw only the outside crispy part of it was cooked terrible service lady at the front told me to never come back since she saw me take a photo of the raw chicken that she later told me to delete and kicked me out I beg you to not come here even if you haven’t eaten in days

I showed up on a weekday. Anniversary type situation. I seen reviews, but l like the benefit of the doubt. I watch 1 stars reviews on Vice on YouTube. So l know how ppl can overreact and review a location on emotions. Plus l was on a budget. Let me tell you the food was above average, service was excellent, l recommend this location if you wanna spend 35.00 for two ppl, all you can eat. Don't believe everything you read or see as far as reviews. Great place and great service.

Well I don't know where to start. My husband and I weren't expecting more and several of the buffet dishes were empty and we're not filled I had to ask two of the men that were conversing behind the counter if they could make more. The dipping ice cream all of them were empty and never were filled even after I told they would be. Not like we expected we've been to another buffet in Fresno that was much better we felt and the display of the food was beautiful but not so at this one. My husband likes to have Hot Mustard and I took it back over to the steam table and again the two men in the back behind didn't notice me and we're just talking while I stood there for a long time then finally they noticed me and I asked if they could get us some more hot mustard and he just looked at me I don't think he understood what I was asking. He took the container opened it up and was sniffing it there in front of me which actually kind of disgust me. He took it in the back and it took a long long long long long time for him to bring out another container or if he washed this one out or what and filled it. I didn't tell my husband I should have we probably would have just walked out.

Went there for my birthday dinner loved the whole experience
Despite reviews of rats and roaches, we rook a chance. Glad we did. First, they honor the military.
On to the review: based on other's reviews, I specifically went on the look out for signs of critters... couldn't find a thing. I'll won't beat a __________ horse.
The staff are professional, and courteous. Also quick to refill drinks, without asking.
We went at noon on Sunday, a decent crowd, but not where it prevent you from chosing your entrees.
The food was hot, and delightful for being a buffet. Further, they offer many choices, including sushi rolls.
We will eat here again, as the food and staff were above average. The 5th star is nearly unobtainable for any restaurant, so it's not a knock on them in this review.
First time there and I saw a roach crawling on my table. I told my server and the manager but they just act like they don’t see the roach and won’t admit that it was a roach crawling. The food must on the bar sitting for a very long time that the food turn green and moldy already! After all this I didn’t eat anything not even one plate of food, and then I ask for a refund because paying for food that has mold on it and has roaches near it is not something I want to pay for! They will not give a refund nor a discount, overall this is very ridiculous and a bad experience for me. Won’t ever come back again….

The bathroom is horrible, I don't even want to use it. Been that way for several years. They have lied to me about the A/C not working, when I asked before being seated. It was miserable, left early. The food is good though. But I wonder how clean the kitchen is if the bathroom looks the way it does.
