New store. Had some time to kill on the way to the airport and decided to stop here. First time here. Clean, friendly staff, and the food was good.

Ordered a curbside pickup today (as I have before) and called once I arrived. The lady who answered said I placed a “online order” which is different and I needed to come inside to get the pizza. I explained to her that I had a newborn baby in the car with me and is there any way someone could please bring it out to me and she very rudely says “nope you have to come in” and I said it’s already paid for I can tell you what I ordered and mind you, I was the ONLY car there and ONLY customer there. She still said no so I had to get my baby out of the car wake him up and walk inside to get it. I understand if that’s the “policy” but for one it’s a stupid policy and for two, there was ZERO customers inside.. she could have easily walked it out and it would’ve taken her two seconds.. or she could have shown some empathy such as “sorry this is my reason I can’t xyz”Whoever was working 2/6 at 1245I know she doesn’t have kids lolPizza was 10/10 but that customer service was trash

Love the food and service here at MOD pizza. Always make consistently great pizza. I am a salad guy and this place is my favorite!! They build it then dress it and toss it for you!! It's my favorite salad in town!!
